When we arrived, there were quite a few people in line and waiting for their food so we knew it was a good sign. There are a few covered picnic tables to wait at for your food. We ordered the steak and shrimp dinner meal which was $26.99 (chicken and shrimp was $24.99 for the dinner portion but they also have lunch portions that are $16.99 from 11-2). While the price seemed a bit high on first glance, it was worth it. The food came out so hot and fresh. There were big veggies and big shrimp and pretty well cooked (not super over cooked) steak. My boyfriend & I easily shared the 1 entree for dinner & were very full. The wait for food was about 20 min. Glad to find this place!

We drove 30 minutes, with the kids, reached there at 11:30a, but no one had even opened the truck yet. They drove up a bit later, shocked to find us waiting (though we had just confirmed with them on the phone 30min prior and their listed time is 11:30a), told us they needed some additional time to unpack the food from their car and setup the truck. Close to noon, they asked us our order again, once again saying it'll just be 5-10 minutes max. At 12:30p, we received our two plates of Idlis. They closed the window so we couldn't even request a status check in between. Thank goodness we had carried snacks with us for the kids. We were curious to try more items on the menu but afraid of the long wait times and inaccurate communication to risk it. Though the freshness of the Idlis is much appreciated, and the sambhar was tasty, this kind of customer experience makes it nearly impossible for us to return. If they had let us know at 11am that they couldn't serve food before 12-12:30p, we would've planned accordingly. Additionally, parking isn't easy here. There are 2 food trucks, with 2 spots nearby and 4 further away. The other food truck was open already so it was hard for us to find a spot.

Aww yeah I'm all game for a deal on Asian cuisine. Bright trailer, very busy, they're cutting up some veggies and it looks so appetizing. I asked for a recommendation, she says the DFG for sure - - honey soy glazed pork belly, cucumber, cilantro, wrapped in pan cripsed malay bread, finished with chicken curry. Normally $5.50 but it's half off - - AWWW YEAH!! That sounds good, let's do it up. We'll have 1 of these and then hit the bars, don't want to fill up too soon. A few minutes pass, here comes our DFG, it's piping hot and I get some spicy sauce on the side. To no avail I put some on and take a bite - - wow! It really floored me - - awesome flavors mixing together, and I totally love the malay bread it's wrapped in - - way better than a tortilla I tell ya! I get the curry, some pork, sweetness, hot, cilantro, it's literally so damn good I take a couple more bites until my friend Cosmo's like "dude - - half that's supposed to be mine....". Oh, mah fault. Here you go. Cosmo's reaction - - the same, he totally dug it. It was so dang good that we came back to DFGN when the bars closed out to order another one of those awesome DFG appetizers. It tasted just as good as the first - - can't get enough! Customer service was superb! The owner was there, she was very nice and attentive, the other staff were very prompt, courteous, and quick with the execution. They also gave us "goodie bags" filled with cookies for their grand opening, and they had free beer...?!? Wowsers. The food is very tasty and unique, one of a kind. To me that make this a perfect 5-star experience, can't wait to try the other items on their menu along w/ that awesome DFG Appetizer!

The mango lassi was overly sweet, and the salted lassi made our 9yo's face contort into a shape I didn't realize was possible. It also took quite a long time to get our order; we saw a lot of people who must have been delivery drivers picking up order after order as we waited about 25-30 minutes for our food. This wasn't great given we were the only customers actually eating at the location. The staff themselves were quite nice, but ultimately I need to score on the food and the time it took to receive it, both of which have room for improvement.

We have had our fair share of disappointments by the time we braved this adventure yesterday. Thankfully, this spot has restored our faith in good Indian-Chinese once again. They have seating option in front of food truck but it was so cold that mostly everyone was just picking up food and eating it in their car or taking it as to-go. Both flavors were good, I personally liked the Rosemary a little bit more but my husband preferred orange as that was very unique. Vada pav was SUPER fresh. Not oily at all and not made on burger bun. Overall very good hangout place. Couple of parking spots near by. Dog park right next to it. I may try other snacks items next time
