This is a new food truck in the same complex as Manoli's. We had actually only come by for dessert but the waft of their cooking got us curious about this new food option. The menu is quite large with North Indian and Indian Chinese food items. The order took some time to be prepared because each one was made to order but the daal was really good and I look forward to trying more items soon.

Buffet was awesome mummhwa love it.

Highly arrogant and rude behavior of the staff! I really used to love the place but the service has gone really bad!

As good as Indian food gets in Austin and they serve generous portions. I always leave content and full.

Luckily for her, Austin has no shortage of great ice cream shops to visit when she's in town. Since we were already in the area, I told her we had to try Manolis, which had been on my list for months. Located at a food truck park near Dripping Springs, Manolis stands out immediately as a massive truck at the front. Ordering is done on iPads while you wait in line, and you pick up at the window. I ordered a small of their stracciatella, while my girlfriend got a small waffle cone of the dulce de leche. Simply put, it was amazing. The flavors were strong without being too sweet or over the top, and I was extremely impressed. This knocks a lot of ice cream shops out of the water, and they're just a food truck. I would genuinely go out of my way to get ice cream here. That's how good it is. I'm glad I made the trip out to Manolis, and it was worth every minute of my 45 minute drive back home because it was GAS. Moved like prime Vince Carter because it's too smooth.

Will definitely be coming back here VERY often!! Easy parking as well which is always a plus!

Of course we had to try them! This is a food truck located outside of Hill Country Ice House. There's is plenty of outdoor seating. We were even told that we could wait inside (where there's cold AC) and enjoy some drinks. After traveling to the game, being in the sun all day, dehydrated, and famished, our eyes were bigger than our bellies. We wanted it all. The chef on site explained that they make their own flour tortillas and salsas, and fry their chips up fresh. We ordered an assortment including pastor taco on corn, bistec taco on flour, borracho nachos with chicken, and quesadilla. He even brought out some chips and salsa to enjoy while we waited. The starter was delicious. The chips were warm and crunchy and the salsa was something I could eat all day. It was fresh and flavorful with a very mild heat. The tacos were stuffed with the meats, onions, cilantro, and pineapple. They are fairly sizable and filling. Both the bistec and pastor were packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The quesadilla was filled with cheese and perfectly toasted. There was a little crunch and a lot of cheesy goodness. The chipotle cream was my favorite. A wedge of quesadilla with the beans and chipotle was a heavenly bite. The borracho nachos were delicious! A pile of freshly fried chips topped with chicken, beans, queso, jalapenos, pico, aguacate, and sour cream. The chicken was so good, some of the best I've had. The chips smothered in queso, beans, and salsas somehow managed to maintain optimum crispness. 10/10 That chicken was fantastic. The salsas were fresh and flavorful with just a touch of heat. The tortillas were fluffy and delicious. The only thing I would do different is ask for more salsas and cilantro and onions for the tacos. We will definitely come back for more.
