The kids love birria!
Kompani G.

This is my go to spot when I'm craving birria tacos. I've been coming here for a few years and I am never disappointed. The tacos are loaded with meat, flavorful and so filling. I recently catered for a graduation party. It was a challenge trying to find catering for this specific cuisine. I was relieved when the owner answered "yes" when I inquired. From my research this is the only restaurant that offers options for guests. My package included: mulitas, quesatacos, mini quesadillas 2 Agua frescas Rice and beans I was very satisfied with the package options because of the variety, price, quality and full meal offered for my guests. The owner Freddy is AMAZING! He is very communicative and responsive. He even gave me his personal number to provide ease for direct communication. When communicating he feels like a longtime friend haha. Catering day: Staff arrived 2 hours early for setup which included a grill, serving trays and tables (which made the process convenient). In addition, I was very surprised and happy when I witnessed the staff preparing mini consomes to pair with food (I was not anticipating that because other restaurants charge extra or do not offer) !!! As we all know consome is required for the full birria experience! Shortly after the occasion, my phone was blowing up with guests asking where the tacos were from. A few guests returned to the restaurant and ate 2 days in a row! Lol Wish I was able to get photos of the meal preparation but we were all occupied with stuffing our faces. Wishing much success to Birria on Broadway! Thank you!

Birria Burrito

A friend recommended I try this since I never had Birria Ramen before. We ordered through doordash Packing was good, my horchata did spill but it had a plastic bag over it so it didn't make a mess. I ordered Birria ramen it was okay a bit spicy other then that didn't have to much flavor lots of meat, noodles were a bit hard , it also had lots of toppings to add in. The Birria burrito was a good size again lots of meat the rice and beans were good. The green salsa was a good flavor, the lemons had a lot of juice The Horchata was the absolute best! It was a good meal, only problem was a few hours later it had us both running to the bathroom.

I had such a nice visit here .. the staff is so friendly. First impressions for me is everything anywhere I go. I didn't get her name but she helped me understand the menu since it was my first experience with Birria tacos. The taco Tuesday special was two for 5 dollars ! I thought it was going to be small enough to not over eat . I was wrong it was massive generous amount of birra and cheese .. ok so I ordered two orders and thought I would take the other two home . I ate all four I was so full after the first two but it was so Good I over ate.. Great food great experience thank you ! I'll be back on cheat day !

Plus, it's honestly one of the best spots in town for people-watching while you eat. Let's talk favorites. My absolute must-order is their al pastor burrito with everything. It comes loaded with tons of smoking hot, perfectly seasoned al pastor meat, melted cheese, and incredible flavor. Although I feel like the chorizo was a bit too minced? I wish it was chunkier. It was still very flavorful as a taco itself. The carne asada I actually liked better! The carne asada was soft and chewy, also great amounts of flavor. I enjoyed how generous they were with the gauc on each taco. These are definitely on the pricier side of tacos. Good quality for the price! We also got to try the flan and it was also pretty good! Very soft and caramel-like. Flan-tastic.

I came here for dinner on a week night and my experience here was pretty good. I had the asada and al pastor tacos with all the toppings and they were both so good and full of meat and heat. The toppings can be spicy for some, so be warned. My favorite of the two was the all pastor which was flavorful and I did like the thinly shaved meat. It was not dry at all and was fresh. I also tried the mulita with al pastor meat and that was also soso good. Cheesy, meaty, and indulgent. The additional topping section had good variety with pickled onions, cucumbers, etc. and everything seemed pretty fresh. Unfortunately, they were pretty much out of the roasted pepper and grilled onions at the time I went. To drink, I had the horchata and that was also very delicious. It was huge, sweet, and creamy. I also loved how it was not grainy at all. A good pairing with the rich foods. They also have a good amount of seating at the stand with a long table and multiple chairs. Parking is tricky since its street parking only.

That mesquite smoke is insane and you can smell and taste it in their food. Their most simple item I've tried, bean and cheese burrito, is so amazing! I mean, how can something so simple make me say "OH WOW" every single time? Must be the flavor added by the lard they use in their flour tortillas. I got this with asada meat and the meat was kind of chewy and not so flavorful on its own. Props to the tortilla though for not spilling everything out and holding it together well, but still a bit difficult to eat. I would ask for utensils when eating this dish. The green onion garnish was unique. I wish they gave more lime wedges because that helped elevate the dish. For $13 this wasn't too bad, but I'd rather get a better burrito from a street vendor.
