My aunt and I were headed to a pottery class and what do you know? This spot was right down the street. God is good I ordered the O.G. Burrito with beef birria, a churro with ONLY dulce de leche (because I know myself), and washed it all down with a lime soda. Now let's talk about the burrito. The flavor? THERE. The meat was juicy, seasoned, and tender But baby... the tortilla gave up on me halfway through. I was happy I could treat my family. 814 pm rolls around. No call from WW. I hurriedly take my son and drive over there. After a lot of knocking and raising my voice to get attention, I am told my order isnt ready yet. I no longer can afford to wait. If my son isnt across town by 9, he gets locked out. I ask for a refund. He hands me a copy of the receipt I got a couple of hours before. I tell him that it is 2026. This will not suffice. You've already burned me. I want the receipt that shows I was fully refunded. Another Dude comes out from back and after several seconds, produces the right paperwork. I speed across town and get to my son's home by 847pm. I didn't even have time to stop and grab something for him. I will NEVER BLESS this place with my presence again. There are several amazing Black owned taco spots that don't put you through BS. They were so good that I could have easily eaten three in one sitting without realizing it. The prices were reasonable, the service was friendly, and the food was top tier.
