We have dealt with Brothers Main a number of times on different appliances. They have a nice variety in models and price ranges. If they do not have it in their warehouse, they can usually get it pretty darn quick - just like most everyone else. Their pricing is better by far than Grand Appliance and many others. The sales staff is very extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and know how to look up detaiis on the computer and get you the right information the first time without trying to blow smoke! Brothers Main bends over backwards, offers a great buyback warranty program and do everything they can to get you the appliance you need as soon as you need it and at a better price than anyone else. We worked with Mickey this last time and she is the best!!

It's been in our home for a month and a half. It's a POS speed queen, which I'm totally blown away and now they will not return our phone calls. So when you're satisfied customer you tell about ten of your friends when you're dissatisfied customer you will tell every person you meet and that's what I'm doing right now. Save yourself go to Best Buy all I can say. So today is 8/31/26 on Thursday Main Appliance is complete out for the 5 th time, what does it take just to get a replacement....this is ridiculous. Brothers Main has not returned our phone call, except to say you didn't sign all the paperwork for the financing, nothing about the dryer. My husband stated that as soon as the dryer is fixed we will do that, their answer was that has nothing to do with the financing....Yes please let me sign financials with a broken dryer. What BS

The defrost cycle on my refrigerator malfunctioned and there was no cooling in the freezer or the refrigerator. Please do not buy from this store, and if you do, don't bother with the AllState additional…read morecoverage. Terrible customer service, and less than a year later a no-frost freezer theoretically still under warranty with ice dams but can't get it fixed. I have the AllState extra protection and cannot get an appointment scheduled either through Grand or AllState for someone to repair it or at least look at it. This was bad from the beginning. I walked in knowing the freezer I wanted, and Chris Chappell just had to write up the $1K order. When delivered, they set the door up on the wrong side. I called Chris's direct line (according to his card - and on a day he was working, also according to his card) and left a voicemail message. He never called back. I called customer service. They basically said this was my problem that I would be charged for so they forwarded my call back to the store. (The black hole from which calls are not returned.)
