If they do not have it in their warehouse, they can usually get it pretty darn quick - just like most everyone else. Their pricing is better by far than Grand Appliance and many others. The sales staff is very extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and know how to look up detaiis on the computer and get you the right information the first time without trying to blow smoke! Brothers Main bends over backwards, offers a great buyback warranty program and do everything they can to get you the appliance you need as soon as you need it and at a better price than anyone else. Just over two years ago, we bought a premium GE Cafe refrigerator from Brothers Main Appliance and purchased a 5-year extended service contract through Centricity. This summer the refrigerator completely broke down. It has now been sitting dead in our kitchen for nearly four months during the hottest part of the year. The entire repair and warranty ecosystem is an absolute scam. So far, we have endured six separate service calls from their designated service agent, Main Appliance. They have completely failed to fix the issue. Despite the product being unusable for a third of a year, Centricity refuses to honor a cash buyout and refuses to replace the lemon appliance. Brothers Main sold a faulty premium product, Centricity is taking money for a 5- year contract they refuse to properly honor, and Main Appliance is incapable of fixing the machine. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket, living out of coolers for months, and being met with total corporate stonewalling. Do not trust any of these three companies!

We also all looked at the spiral pieces of plastic in the screws that had been shaved off by Kyle when he used an electric screwdriver to replace the cover. I don't appreciate being made to sound like a liar. Don't gaslight me, Mr Appliance. I know what I saw.

Well, that decision recently paid off. A gasket in the door recently started to fail. I called Grand and they immediately put me in touch with their service vendor. Within a week the vendor stopped by, looked over the unit, determined that it needed a new door and ordered the part. He will be here in a week to replace it. I LOVE how simple this situation was to resolve. Several years ago I purchased a refrigerator from the online service of a big box store and replacing the damaged-on-arrival unit was a 4-month nightmare. Terrible customer service, and less than a year later a no-frost freezer theoretically still under warranty with ice dams but can't get it fixed. I have the AllState extra protection and cannot get an appointment scheduled either through Grand or AllState for someone to repair it or at least look at it. This was bad from the beginning. I walked in knowing the freezer I wanted, and Chris Chappell just had to write up the $1K order. When delivered, they set the door up on the wrong side. I called Chris's direct line (according to his card - and on a day he was working, also according to his card) and left a voicemail message. He never called back. I called customer service. They basically said this was my problem that I would be charged for so they forwarded my call back to the store. (The black hole from which calls are not returned.)
