They have helped me tremendously and I wish I knew about this place earlier when my back pain first began a few years ago. I do a range of treatments with them, including physical therapy, acupuncture, and even cupping. My pain isn't fully gone but they help me get by week after week. Their kindness is enough to bring me back week after week. My appreciation extends also to DR Badday and Annette and the staff at the Irvine branch where I receive separate pain management treatment including steroid injections, and nerve ablations. As for my home branch I want to say thank you thank you to Juan, Lynn, Ahmad, Christian, Margo, Carlos, and Anna Maria, Michelle, Vandella, Dr Ferencz, Dr Sandoval, Dr Brandon. You are all the best.

TL;DR Dr. Jerry Young is great. Fixed my back (1 year of pain) faster and better results than my…read morechiropractor did. Backstory: I had back pain for about a year (probably wfh) in addition to pulling my back after dead lifts. My back would hurt after standing or walking for more than 10 minutes. I went to a chiropractor 3 days a week for 4 weeks and it was just temporary relief and never got better. Scheduled a session with Jerry. He was great the first time with evaluations and was able to work through some of the muscles the first time. He gave me exercises to do to help my imbalance that was causing pain as well and Jay helped me with learn the proper technique. Over the course of 3 weeks my back got a lot better. I could stand and walk for long periods of time. I was able to squat and deadlift again. I wanted to continue to go to him but I was only able to see him without getting a doctors note for a few weeks but I ended up traveling for work then getting Covid so my time was cut short. I will definitely be back again if things flair up and get the doctors note but overall my back has been normal again after a year of pain! Thanks so much Jerry and Jay! Everyone at Ascend was great and super helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

This organization is outstanding, they work as a team, everyone from the front office to all the staff. I felt safe and confident and that everyone was there for me. I also enjoyed the way they interacted with me, from the start I felt very welcome and cared about and if my symptoms ever return, I know where I can go without hesitation. I highly recommend this organization and this healthcare team. They are the best.

I would also bring my 5-year-old son with me to my sessions, and I can't say enough about how patient and kind everyone was with him. They made him feel comfortable and welcomed as well, which meant so much to me as a mom. Throughout my time there, I could truly feel myself getting better, especially with my back. Every time I left a session, I felt relaxed, my muscles felt so much better, and I could genuinely feel the difference. Lexi, Joey, and Jackie were all absolutely amazing. They were so caring, patient, and professional, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel so positive. I'm so grateful for the care I received and for how comfortable and welcomed they made me feel from beginning to end. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

Really work with you to create a plan and cater to what helps/hurts, each session. Have been going here for about 6 months now for my lower back pain (that I've had for about 2 years), and it's been such tremendous help for my physical ability as well as my confidence back into health. Before going - I never thought I'd be able to get back into all the exercise classes I love, and Allison/his assistant really helped me progress slowly. I still have a long way to rehab, but with each session - I'm able to work a little bit more than the last. I'm only able to go 1-2x a month given insurance, and even then it's been such great help. For those that do/are going more often, I think it'd be even more beneficial. If you're looking for a great studio, this is it. (Just as a patient profile: in my 30s, no major car accident - so I had vague but very painful lower back/right knee issues they were able to help strengthen) Also, this place is separate from the Costa Mesa location, so know that before calling/setting up an appt!
