I am glad we upgraded to the pullout drawers. The pantry is about 90" tall x 30" wide and 25" deep. The cabinets were a little over a $1k.

Then purchased an extra sink faucet but mistakenly ordered a single hole rather than 3 hole one. The very next day after I ordered, I called to exchange (not return) for a 3 hole faucet which was even more expensive and they charged me $140 stocking fee! I literally spent thousands and called the next day to purchase something even more expensive, and you still charge me a fee?!? Do NOT go here. They will rip you off at every corner. Way OVERPRICED!

The Kohler shower tile is an intricate mechanism requiring a plumber who knows how they work (set screws go in to release, not out, etc.). A plumber with no understanding can damage the unit. I spoke with a woman who was not helpful to provide a referral to a Kohler-expert plumber because I didn't not purchase the items from their store - which did not exist when I purchased these items. She went on to clarify the exclusive nature of their plumbing list. She also attempted to explain the nuance of how they represent / don't represent the national Kohler brand. This type of and attitude toward customer service puts companies out of of business slowly but surely over time.

No doubt about the quality and quantity of choices available in their massive showroom. On display are chandelier, shower heads, mirrors, counter tops, kitchen faucet, toilet bowls, indoor/outdoor light, sliding doors, bar doors, and even mailboxes... they can customize the order for you. If you're interested but on a budget ... you might end up just window shopping. This business offers the best items (designer / artisan made) so the price is a bit higher compared to Menards and Lowe's. For customer service, we saw a few associates assisting the customers while the rest are at the back answering phone calls and the others simply staring at you without saying hello :-) Honestly we could purchase similar designer items in a lower price. But if you're an interior designer or contractor to a richer client...sky is the limit!
