Great local spot specializing in a mean chicken sandwich. It's like Chick-fil-A on steroids. The new location on Hampton is easy in/out with a large indoor and outdoor dining area. My young kids say the fries are "better than Inn Out" and those used to be their favorite. Any of the sandwich combos are worth trying. The slaw is progressive, the tots are safe and effective, and I hear the milkshakes are amazing if you're into sweet stuff. I really liked the concept of the restaurant- it was convenient and easy to order with self-help kiosks and assigned "bay windows". The prices were reasonable and the place was clean. The food was good...not great, just good. I would classify it as upscale fast food. I'll just say, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back or bring someone from out of town there. read more

This is a bird of a different color. From the moist and meaty chicken sandwiches to the tater tots, you'll be thinking about when you can get back within hours of your first trip. It's fast, but not fast food. I mean, what kind of place can you go and have an epic bird sandwich along with insane tots AND beer or a margarita? Yeah. It's that kind of place. It's what "other" chicken places can only hope of achieving. Add to it an impressive breakfast menu and some insane milkshakes AND cookies...somebody stop me, because I'm going to get FAT. And by that I mean, good service, the right food, too much seasoning on the tots, the extra sauces you pay for, breading on the breaded chicken, having to wait 15 min in the drive thru window when you are literally the only one there...I could go on but I think you get the picture. Don't do the drive thru! They have 2 lanes but do not switch off on taking orders. I sat at speaker for 15 minutes while the attendant took 5 orders in a row from the second lane. I started to reverse out of drive through when the attendant finally came on the speaker. This restaurant was not designed to have a two lane drive through and staff are not trained. Ok, just simply one of the very best chicken sandwiches and sides that you will have in the area, AND it was a drive through! So we had the Southern sandwich with home made AMAZING slaw (buy it as a side), and the Buffalo sandwich and herb tater tots and extra slaw. It was all fantastic, big servings, fresh and very flavorful! I liked the Southern a little better with slaw, etc on it, but the slaw by itself is simply amazing! Normally I really enjoy birdcall but I was very disappointed by this last order I had. I got a milkshake that had clearly been sitting out for a while. i also got the rancher and it was also sitting out for some time. The bun was completely soggy and inedible. The chicken had a very weird texture, not tender at all. I had to double check and make sure it was cooked all the way through bc thats how oddly textured it was. I hope this was just a fluke and not the new direction of the restaurant read more

My partner and I were shopping at a furniture consignment store in the same area when we noticed how cute this restaurant looked from the outside, so we decided to make it a date night and try it out. The inside is so cute! It's like retro meats homely, and also diner vibes, with a funny little vinyl record playing on the wall. I like the EDM vibes as well. My partner got a draft beer and the Nashville, I got the buffalo chicken with the coleslaw. The stone fruit juice was my absolute favorite organic juice I've had in a very long time, I usually get the ones from Chick-fil-A, but these are now my new favorite!! The batter was great however ny chicken sandwhich was a little on the dry side. And i was a little irked that for the price the sanwhich doesnt come with fries and a drink. However the portions for the kids meals were great. The strips are large and the glasses for a toy was a great addition. The milk shake was good but too thick. We loved it here! Great to have a quality quick serve place right in Cherry Hills. The sandwiches, shakes, artisanal sodas and salads are all fantastic and better than Chick-Fil-A IMHO. The fact that they have a great selection of Alchohoic drinks makes it even more fun. Lastly, I do want to make a shout out to the VERY helpful and friendly staff. Used to be one of my go-to fast-casual places to pickup. Went in one night on my way home from work and tried to order the tofu sandwiches. An employee tried to help me, but quickly discovered it wasn't in their system anymore. A manager(?) let them know it had been replaced with a new option, the "Meati" (mushroom/fungus based protein replacement). I would have been interested in trying it, but this new "option" was almost double the price of what they had been charging for the tofu sandwich. I've also had allergic reactions to similar products before, so left without ordering anything. Sadly it seems they have slowly replaced the tofu option at all of their locations at this point. They did bring down the price of the meati a little (or maybe the price I received the first time was wrong), but not sure why they wouldn't just offer both options, unless the tofu costs them a lot more...in which case not sure I understand why the meati option is still $3 more than the tofu was. Probably still a great choice if you like their chicken! read more

It probably isn't better than Chick Fil A, and it's more expensive, but it's still very good. So, it's another worthwhile chicken sandwich place, and that's certainly a good thing. read more

Save yourself the trouble. This place hasn't been good in months, The chicken is rubbery, overcooked and most often soggy, they don't give you enough condiments on your sandwich anymore, and for some reason they can never seem to get your order right. A combo meal is $20, which is the biggest rip off I have seen in some time. I kept coming back because last year around this time they had the best chicken sandwich around, since then their Quality has dropped lower than Crown Burger but their prices have reached outrageous heights. It feels like robbery, not that I paid for the last order, my sandwich came so mangled and wrong it was inedible, I had to return the food, which I haven't done in a very very long time. read more

But if it's your first time, it can be overwhelming because there is no cashier, it's all mobile ordering and you have a mix of regulars, who are somewhat impatient and then you have the newbies, who are trying to learn as they go.
