We had a few Electricians that came out to give us a quote, and they tried to upsell and talk us out of the work we wanted. Several Different Companies that came out to check other equipment (Plumbing, Heating System, and Central Vac System) said to use AAA Electric. When Dave came out and did an estimate at the house, my wife immediately felt that he was the right guy. He took notes, he offered opinions and suggestions with reasons why. Dave did the job he quoted us for a fair and reasonable amount, in comparisons to other quotes we received. Dave did not try to upsell us, and assured us the job would be done to our requests. He did this and we would not hesitate to recommend Dave and AAA to anyone looking for an Electrician. Thank You for a professional job

We called four different companies to get a quote for a replacement for our furnace and heat pump…read moreand finally decided to go with Washington Energy Services. We also Looked to see if their insurance and bond were up to date and if they had a lot of violations with the state. Their quote for the replacement came in at about the middle of all four quotes and the equipment was comparable. Everything checked out For WA Energy Services. Several of the other companies had quite a few violations and that didn't sit well with us. My husband made a spreadsheet and did a pretty good comparison of everyones' offerings to make sure we were getting a reasonable deal and that what was being offered would best fit our needs going forward. Our installers, Joel and Riley, were responsive and answered our questions and concerns. They did a clean, neat install and left the majority of the job site in great condition on their way out. We did find a few sheet metal screws in our driveway, and thankfully they didn't end up in our tires, but other than that, it all looked good. It's only been a bit less than a week. The electrical inspection has passed. we're still waiting on the County inspection, but hopefully that goes well, too. The system seems to be adequately cooling our home, the heat pump is much quieter and overall, we feel like Wa Energy Services did a good job for us and we would recommend them for the purchase and installation of a furnace and Heat pump system.

I had waited a long time to call an electrician because the last one came over for basically the same issue, talked to me for 10 minutes, didn't do anything and still charged me $250 to just come to the house. It made me feel like I got taken advantage of. I'm a single mom with not a lot of extra money. I didn't like that experience. When Gavin came over today I was kind of expecting the same. I was pleasantly surprised when he talked and explained things to me and my mom about possibilities and what we could try. We are doing an experiment right now to see if it trips a certain breaker and we were told to contact him after a time and let him know what happened. HE DID NOT CHARGE US for just showing up at our house. He said it was a free estimate. Wow. A business that actually has good customer service and doesn't take advantage of you. Thank you Gavin!
