Shortly after the storm I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for an in depth review of my roof, supplied with a written quote and once the company was able to schedule a time I was visited by Butte Roofing Co. for the necessary repairs. Technicians were great, professional and courteous. Both Dylan and Bailey went right to work and made all the necessary repairs. Both Dylan and Bailey were great, they were careful with my gutter system and once the job was complete the area was completely clean, no mess or debris left which normally I'm stuck cleaning up after a subcontractor. We didn't inspect the ductwork ourself, afraid to crawl in the crawl space, but sort of assumed we needed to replace it. Other companies came out and inspected it and assured us the rats had damaged it beyond repair and that the whole system needed to be replaced, and gave us very high estimates. At long last, we had Tyler, the chief technician at Flores come and take a look. He said that our ductwork was in great shape and the rats had done minimal damage, so minimal, that repairs were not even needed. He had no financial incentive to tell me that truth and I am incredibly grateful. Should we need HVAC work in the future, we will only be dealing with Flores. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the less than positive reviews on this company were coming from their unscrupulous competitors, some who wanted my to pay $10,000 for a brand new ducting system that we apparently do not need.

I used to be a huge fan of this company but perhaps the integrity of it's staff might be slipping…read more normally, i hang out and chat with the cleaner, offer them water, and generally hang around. they are a stranger in my house after all. they've always done a great job. however, this last time, i wasn't able to be there when they came and i had someone else be there in my stead. they didn't hang out with the cleaner though, they hung out in a different part of the house and waited for them to finish. when i got home i noticed that none of the places where furniture stood were cleaned. i had actually cleared the room and put all of the large furniture on sliders myself. it was 100% clear that the furniture should be moved and the carpet should be cleaned in the entire room. when i called for them to return to finish i was told that i'd have to wait 5 days!!! with my house taken apart. finally, i drove personally to the office to speak with Esther (who is awesome) and she was able to track the same employee down to return to finish the job. however, the entire time he was there, he was making excuses about how sometimes clients wants their furniture never to be touched, while others change their instructions depending on the job or their desires. i told him that if there was any confusion he should have asked and he would have been told the furniture needed to be moved and the carpet cleaned. i'm skeptical now that i'm beginning to think i have to be there to supervise because i can't count on them to do the job well the first time if no one's looking. to top it off, i think his 2nd job was ceremonial at best since it didn't seem to do any good where 'cleaned.' also, i caught him trying to dump his cleaning solution on my driveway but he stopped when he saw me. :-/ definitely disappointed after having been a huge fan and sending them so many referrals.
