It's moderately busy with totally nice people all there to work on their own fitness while encouraging others they recognize. I have watched new members too. They get some basic training on equipment and then can work out on their own. I'm just happy this facility has all the basics plus a few extras. I can do as much or little as I want here. My only complaint is minimal: if two people are showering, there might not be a toilet facility immediately available plus some deep cleaning might be in order but overall, this facility is just fine!

You just plug in whatever exercise you want to do from yoga to spinning and a big projector screen comes down and the virtual trainer takes you through the exercise. Pretty cool! It's genuine, it's tight-knit, and it's been nurtured for years. During my visit, I met members who have been working out together for over two decades, which says everything you need to know about the atmosphere here. The class itself was fantastic, the energy was great, and everyone was so welcoming.
