The donor floor employees are hit or miss I wouldn't trust some of them even if they may have been there longer as they will get high outside where everyone can see. Im guessing while at work but who knows. I heard there is a new head manager so maybe they can put things in order but I doubt it. Its a sinking ship. No wonder all of the good employees are gone. They need to fire everyone and start fresh. It'd better everyone's experience.

I know the rubber strap used to find veins is meant to be tight, but she kept yanking on only one side which resulted in my skin being pinched and stretched that it folded in on itself. On top of that, my friend who shall remain nameless was barred from donating solely due to their sexual orientation, despite having a clean bill of health and testing negative for all STD's.

I wanted to know which would be more helpful and was informed that giving platelets would be more helpful, however, it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I had the time so I opted to donate platelets. Once I went to the donation chair everyone was super nice and accommodating making sure I had drinks and snacks to keep me comfortable. The process did take 2 hours but I left knowing I would want to donate again and would return to this location.
