The reception staff do not know what they are doing. They all are incompetent children. The management is just as bad if not worse. The donor floor employees are hit or miss I wouldn't trust some of them even if they may have been there longer as they will get high outside where everyone can see. Im guessing while at work but who knows. I heard there is a new head manager so maybe they can put things in order but I doubt it. Its a sinking ship. No wonder all of the good employees are gone. They need to fire everyone and start fresh. It'd better everyone's experience. read more

CSL plasma is a cool business idea. Donate plasma and get money. In my review I will be looking past this and judging strictly on how the business is ran at this location. Wait lines are so long. There are no seats for people to sit in while waiting in line. and when you sit on the floor, you get yelled at by Kathy. She has a stick up her and will not hesitate to kick you from the building. AVOID KATHY AT ALL COSTS. In regards to the people that actual hook you up, they are pretty good. They are kind enough, at least for the low amount that they are paid. I went to donate on Monday after having blood work at my doctors office. When I returned on Wednesday I was asked about the bruise from the bloodwork. I explained that I had donated on Monday with the bandage on my arm from the blood work with no problem. They told me I had to have paperwork from my doctor that I had blood work and that I could not donate until the bruise was at least yellow in color. No where had I heard or read about the paperwork needed nor the bruise being a reason not to be able to donate. This was a 40 mile one way trip for me to donate to be turned down. PLEASE know if you do have blood work get a note to have with you. Don't waste a trip if you have a bruise from the donation or bloodwork. read more

The workers are nice and most of the time, the wait isn't too long (under half an hour). I'm personally ok with waiting upwards of an hour because you get paid $40+ for being there a couple hours max and I can get things done. As a college student, it's definitely a nice way to make some money on the side. But expect to be there for half the day your first time. read more

Went to donate for second time ever after a few months, and they didn't pay the full donor fee because of a new policy of "too much time passing after your first donation." Was very upset i wasn't informed of this before hand, as it turned out to be a waste of time for only one third of what i should have been paid. They showed me the new policy highlighted in little font on the bottom of a random page on the front desk, so I guess they got what they wanted in the end... read more

I switched to csl from bpl because the wait times at bpl were just absurd. I donate plasma now because I can justify taking the time to read which is tough with my hectic schedule. Csl was great for a long time but over the last several months it has totally gone to hell. Average wait times went from 10 to 20 minutes average to an hour to two hours, it's absurd. today there were 15 people in line when I got in and one person checking people in. 1/3Rd of the bays are often shut down now with multiple empty beds in the 2 still open while 20 people are waiting. They're insanely under staffed and under equipped. Half the time now I see I've been waiting 45 minutes and the line has barely moved so I just pack up and leave. The building let's almost no cell signal in and despite the claim that they offer WiFi, they don't. There is a router in here and once in a blue moon it puts out Internet for a week before going offline for months again. They can't even keep a WiFi router going..... It's unfortunate but this place has gotten so poorly managed I'm probably going to look elsewhere. read more
