Both times we have had him clean multiple rugs that were generally soiled by having a large dog in the house and general wear. Once cleaned, they looked like new and smelled great! This second time, we also had him clean a couch that had blood stains on it (again, from our dog) that we had tried in vain to clean ourselves. I was shocked to find he was able to get them out!!! On top of the great service, JP is friendly, wore a mask without any hesitation, and went above and beyond by adding in a few extras at no charge (cleaning floor mats, vacuuming installed carpet we weren't getting cleaned and vacuuming the entryway that had some dirt). I HIGHLY recommend. Oh, and I have had no issues booking with his wife Colleen- she has always been very responsive and friendly.

The guys came prepared with tools, physical stamina and know-how to complete the job in an efficient and professional manner. I have found that it is not uncommon for service people to complain during a job but these guys did not, which was refreshing; instead, one man even said, "We're getting' there!" The job cost a bit more than I would have liked but with two trips of hauling and the professionalism and courtesy I experienced, I feel I paid a bit more for a quality job well-done and in the end, I am ok with that.
