The company did outstanding work!!! We have two small dogs and the carpet was previously soiled…read morewith dog urine and so much dirt that the water extracted from soiled carpet was dark brown. They treated with pet enzyme spray and the odor/smell came out, and the carpet looks so much better. Additionally they thoroughly cleaned two area rugs. We also asked for installation of new carpet padding we had bought separately and they were able to install with no problem (removing the old padding and replacing our carpet). They did a much better job than some of the other ,carpet cleaning competitors we've used before, and the prices are really reasonable. They seem genuinely concerned about pleasing their customers and will communicate what they assess to match expectations. We Would use again and refer friends and family. My husband and family were also very pleased.

They work quickly but do a thorough job -- my carpets always look great when they're done. With a busy family and two cats, my carpets really need the extra care, and these guys always deliver. They're a small local business and stay pretty busy, which makes sense given how good they are. I just plan ahead because I'd rather wait for someone I trust to do the job right and for a competitive price. I've even recommended them to my mom, who's particular about her home and who she lets in -- she's been just as happy with their work. Rod's friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unique Carpet Cleaning to anyone!

Their service is professional, friendly, and thorough. They don't play. They come in, do what they have to do, and they're out of there! During the walkthrough with Rob and another young man, we explained that she is currently ill and staying with us, that other work was being completed on the home, and that we would need to coordinate scheduling around my work schedule. We also mentioned that we intended to obtain a second opinion before making a decision. During the estimate, He made a comment along the lines of, "Companies know Black people don't like to pay," as he's discussing the quote which we found surprising and inappropriate. Today, I received a follow-up call asking whether we had made a decision. I explained that we were still deliberating timing and would reach out to them.I said my farewell and was waiting for one back, but in return I heard the guy on the phone say "they're in deliberation" as if he's notifying someone in the background to which he responds respond "they're black they're lying" I said hello once more as obviously he'd thought he'd hung up and he says ok we'll be waiting on your call to which I responded no thank you" and hang up. I cannot speak to anyone else's experience with this company, but based on my own interactions, I chose not to move forward with their services. I am sharing this experience so others can make their own informed decisions.

We stayed up late the night before getting everything ready. Near the end of the original pickup window, I was notified they were running late and asked to move the pickup to 3:00-5:00 p.m. While frustrating, I understand delays can happen. After waiting through almost the entire second window, they contacted me again and asked to reschedule for the following day. At that point, they were essentially asking me to spend another day waiting for a service that had already been delayed twice. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company because they were not reliable with their scheduling.

Haulahaulics was very responsive, transparent about pricing, reasonably priced, and available to get the job done! Bravado came out and found through their various sensors that we had water damage in the ceiling of several rooms, the water shorted out our washer/dryer, and it was underneath our flooring. We escaped without having to re-do our kitchen or bathroom but basically the whole rest of the house now needs work. They set up ten huge fans (for a one bedroom, and cut away damaged drywall, and just generally got things done. While I'm not happy about the damage or the construction zone my home now is, I'm so happy with Bravado group! They came out quickly, worked efficiently and explained everything they were doing and looking for, stopped by on a weekend to check on the drying process and adjust any fans that needed adjusting, and just generally saved us from our own optimism and the potential mold that would have come with it.
