I paid $150 for no one to call me for the follow up. Then when I did call they told me someone would be there on Tuesday afternoon- no one showed up or called. Then out of the blue in Wednesday they showed up - I could not stay (my brother just passed away and I am trying to make all of the arrangements). The customer service is horrible - no offer for a partial refund nothing but excuses and actually telling me that I was wrong on the date I was given. They will not put out the bait boxes because I refuse to continue service with a company that apparently has no regard for their customers time or concerns. The tech stated that he treated inside my house, which he did not as I never let anyone inside to spray because I have a large dog. Horrible customer service actually blamed me for their errors.
