Then I called three other companies the prices were all over the place. Really felt like this company explained everything to me clearly and was more thorough. From the sales man to the three guys working on my house were really nice and respectful people. I give it a 10! Thank you

Unfortunately, once new tenants moved in and began using the space, we discovered that the bedroom outlets were no longer functioning. When I contacted the owner to ask if a wire might have been accidentally disconnected during the attic work, he refused to come by to inspect the situation. He argued that I should have reported the issue within two weeks, despite the fact that the unit was vacant and only recently occupied. Rather than offering to troubleshoot or verify their work, the owner was argumentative and dismissed the concern entirely. He also claimed I have no proof his team caused the damage and told me I would need to hire an electrician to prove it. I am disappointed in the lack of accountability and professional courtesy, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their labor.

Absolute lifesavers! Signature Restoration LLC deserves every one of these five stars…read more We had a true homeowner nightmare--a burst pipe in kitchen. We live in Everett, here in Snohomish County. I called Signature Restoration in a panic, and their 24/7 emergency service was immediate and professional. Andrew arrived quickly and took charge of the crisis. He walked us through the entire process, starting with the necessary mitigation (all the water extraction and technical structural drying). What truly sets this company apart is that Andrew and the team didn't just dry it out and leave; they handled the entire job! They performed the complete repair and restoration of the damaged areas, leaving the space looking immaculate--honestly, better than it looked before the flood. If you are in the King County or Snohomish area and need a company you can trust for prompt, full-service Water Damage Restoration, look no further. Highly, highly recommend Andrew and the experts at Signature Restoration LLC.

Andrew was able to come out the next day and put together the estimate quickly! This wasn't a simple job as the water damage was in multiple rooms and closets. Andrew and his crew worked diligently and made the place look amazing! He's a hard worker and even made sure the insurance gave us back the money they said they would. I'm very thankful for him and highly recommend his company! Thank you Andrew!

After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.
