I would give them more than 5 starts if I could! My boyfriend and I stopped in about an hour before closing it was pretty empty however we still received a warm welcome even though it was close to closing. The service was top tier. We got an order of fried potstickers to start which are pretty standard but the sauce that came on them was unexpectedly good with a subtle spiciness. For our mains my boyfriend got the chicken pad Thai and I got the See Ew noodles (our servers favorite) both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. We also took an order of mango sticky rice with us to go. It was wonderful with perfectly ripe mango, sweet creamy coconut milk, and a nice nutty flavor from the toasted sesame seeds. The thing to push the experience over the top was the fact that the restaurant was sparkling clean! This is a must try spot for sure! read more

This was a great authentic Thai food experience. The menu has a great combination of flavorful, quality dishes. We started off with the beef appetizers and picked cucumbers. Everything was cooked to perfection and had a perfect combination of acidity and flavor. I had Tom Kha soup for lunch and my boyfriend had the street chicken. The Tom Kha soup's depth of flavor was out of this world, I felt like I was eating in a small cafe in Thailand. I can't wait to visit here again. Awful packaging. In my opinion, if you're affordable and fast Asian food, you need to invest in appropriate packaging. All of our sauce ended up in the bag, not in our mouths. As for the food, lacked depth. But there were good spice levels. Portions were good. read more

Authentic Thai food. Just open 3 weeks. The owner Jewels is very nice. They have a limited menu, every dish is made to order. We had the Pad Thai lunch special for $9.95. It's a good deal and includes soup too. The portions were large and served in a tin enameled bowl. I thought it was a nice street food touch. Jewels told me they will add a few more items as she gets an idea of what people want. The Pad Thai was very good, my wife could only finish 1/2. It's the real deal, the stocks are all homemade from scratch. I really enjoyed the Egg Drop Soup and the the Rangoons. We will most definitely be back soon to try other dishes. read more

I'm new to the area from Southern California and was recommended Binto Thai -- so I tried it and was impressed with the Food and service. They certainly lived up to the Thai tradition of Smiles!!!! and High quality food at a reasonable price. The waiter took time to describe the different menu items and made recommendations and also schooled me on the spice level -- which medium was perfect for me. The owner (Jules) stopped by my table and made sure I was well taken care of (which I was) -- but she brought me some chili paste just in case... I chose the Panang Currie with fried Rice -- it was the BEST I've ever had! Even better than Bangkok. lol My compliments to the Chef!!! With the abundance of Thai and sushi establishments in the area we rarely change course and try a new spot. So glad we tried Binto Thai. Friendly staff and some of the best basil beef I have ever had. During our visit we had the basil, pad Thai, spring rolls, cheese Rangoon and finished up with some coconut mango sticky rice. All of it was well above par. I will also add that all of the staff were masked up for COVID and taking the necessary precautions. I do not get these ratings. Our Drunken noodles were a few pieces of stuck-together, warmed over soggy noodles. Yuck! And we order a chicken dish that was dry and totally lacking if flavor. Great little Thai restaurant! The service was awesome and the food excellent! It is the best Thai food in Bonita Springs and Naples! Don't let the small place discourage you from eating there. I got the "street chicken" grilled meal with ginger rice. I cannot express how wonderful it was! We had a small appetizer of a noodle type soup and edamame. It was also delicious! She had a special that if you spent $25 you got an order of the Thai Donuts which was a large portion served with chocolate syrup with added strawberries and blueberries! The prices were great! Went to this restaurant for the second time. First time was decent, second time about killed me. I took a couple of friends on Saturday 11/6/2021, ordered the chicken pad thai. Meal tasted a little off, paid the $100 check, done deal. Starting early next day Sunday morning, I'm sick as a dog, vomiting/nausea, diarrhea w/ blood, dehydrated, fever, chills, stuck in bed all day Sunday & Monday, and finally mobile again on Tuesday. Walked in to "Binto Thai" on Tuesday to complain, the staff-member showed very little concern and offered me a partial $11 credit. Instead I refused the credit, called AMEX for a full refund and now I want this place investigated. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. I am thankfully feeling much much better, otherwise I would be seeking medical attention. read more

This restaurant is located in a small strip mall with very minimum seating for guests indoors and outdoors. My wife and I were the only guests for lunch this Saturday. The inside seating is very bland, unattractive and has no ambiance of the far east kind. Outdoors the seating is metal table and chairs. Inspite of the lack of attractiveness of the restaurant, it does have quite good Thai food. I enjoyed my chicken Pad Thai which I have had in a variety of restaurants around town, and this is a good one. My wife liked very much the Veggie Delight offering. read more

Decided to try Binto Thai for lunch as I had business to do close by. Was so glad I did. Small seating area but spread out with only a few tables. Ordered Pad Thai with shrimp "Thai hot" and my associate ordered the veggie delight with fried tofu and the ginger garlic rice. Lunches included soup and an appetizer which consisted of a cheese rangoon and chicken rice soup. Soup had a nice broth with fresh green onion. The Rangoon was fried golden brown and topped with a slightly sweet sauce. My associate really enjoyed the mix of fresh vegetables and fried tofu but gushed over the ginger garlic rice. My pad thai was cooked perfectly but not what I would call Thai hot, not saying it wasn't spicy and flavorful but I've had much hotter but I wouldn't hold it against them as really do like extremely spicy food. Will definitely return as they have duck on the menu and that is one of my favorite Thai dishes. read more
