Pad Thai
Angela N. N.

We came with my husband expecting a nice Thai place, we read the reviews before we came in, at the beginning everything seemed good, then we ordered our appetizers, sushi was warm, which I said maybe because it had tempura shrimp... then I ordered a pad Thai... it was so sweet that i couldn't have more than a bite an a half from it. Finally the server/ manager came and I told her the situation and I wanted something different since I was hungry, her rude answer was you can change it but you are gonna be charged for both plates. I politely said it's ok I'll take it home, when she came with the box she told me that now "next time you'd know what to order". Sorry there's no gonna be a next time!! And also she was so rude that she throughout the restaurant table to table asking about the pad Thai... how unprofessional... Believe me NEVER COMING BACK!!

Special PHO COMBINATION.

My son and I came to this place after we found out they have pho. I ordered the special and he ordered the beef rib. The broth was very aromatic and flavorful . The portion was good.. I didn't care too much for the meatballs. The place was very clean and the service was good also.

Happy hour menu

Happy hour is all day Sunday (posted menu as i couldn't find it online). The sushi rolls are decent - during happy hour, its 6 pcs vs regular of 8. So not sure there's really "savings" but a great opportunity to try a few rolls without getting too stuffed. The chicken curry soup noodle lacked flavor. The kids shared a beef pho and it was also lackluster - broth was probably worse than a bullion cube in water. Service was great. There's a serving robot which is fun!

Thai volcano chicken bento box

About a year ago, we had dinner here and it was very good. Recently, we stopped in for lunch and the Thai Thai did not disapoint. Lunch specials were a good value and we both chose the bento box. Hubs choice was the teriyaki chicken, while I tried the Thai volcano chicken. The miso soup was especially good and didn't have an overpowering seaweed taste. The tuna in our salads was very fresh and the entrees were good. The menu has a variety of Thai and Japanese dishes, along with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. If you enjoy Thai and Japanese food, stop by this restaurant, it's a great place for lunch or dinner.

So happy I tried this place! Pho was out of this world Sushi and Appetizers were very good as well. They have lunch specials too only $13 great prices!!

Wrong phone number listed

Update your yelp page! I called in an order and arrived to the address listed only to be told that my order was at a different location. The wrong phone number is listed on the page. This location made my three rolls but did not communicate with the other location.

I keep coming back for this soup! 100% authentic! Absolutely delicious and the chef here is new a little over two month so much better! Quality and service are great! Five stars for sure!!!

Robot server

What a hidden gem! Food and service was fantastic. Portions were generous. Loved the robot server (pat the head for a reaction). Will definitely be back.. many more dishes to try.

It was Ok. The fried rice was good, but no difference from any other typical Asian fast food joint. The curry was super salty. Had to eat more white rice to keep cleansing my pallet. And our party ordered a sushi boat, BUT I only enjoyed all the tuna rolls. Wasn't a big fan for the rest. The other people eating the rest enjoyed it though. My in-laws ordered their dishes, but their fried calamari came out pretty late and they ran out of cold beer. My father-in-law was not all too pleased about that. He's a Heineken man, but they ran out of it and he got the corona instead. The boba teas were good though. It was an ok experience for being my first time there.

The food and the service were truly extraordinary! Whatever you do go there, hungry as the portions are very large.

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

From the moment we walked in, the energy matched the occasion--calm, intimate, and polished without being pretentious. The service was exceptional, and I don't say that lightly. Our server was attentive to the flow of the evening, almost like they followed the house motto of "let the experience guide the guest." Every interaction felt natural, and every course arrived at the perfect time, no reminders needed. Now let's talk about the dish that stole the spotlight: the Shrimp Tempura Roll. It arrived crisp, warm, and beautifully plated. The texture contrast between the crunchy exterior and soft interior was on point. What took it next-level was the pairing with The Beach by Whispering Angel--a pink moscato that turned the entire moment into a scene from a dream. The fruity notes of the wine danced perfectly with the shrimp, elevating every bite with a refreshing finish. I always tell my friends: if you're looking to impress on a first date, this is the place. It's classy without trying too hard, intimate enough for conversation, and the food does more than just fill you--it sets the tone.

Everyone was very happy with their food. The cesar salad is very good. They put a lot of a cheese on it, which is awesome. I love cheese. I have only had the triggerfish and it is an amazing dish. The fish is not fishy at all. It is meaty but light and flaky. They give a good sized portion. The pimento cheese is to die for. I can't believe how much of it I ate on my last visit. Then we have the key lime pie. Wow. Double wow. It has a burnt sugar topping similar to creme brulee. The filling is light and tart. The pie ties with Sweet Melissas. The interior is super cute. I love the nautical colors. They have a nice bar too. Hurry up and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Service started a little slowly--we didn't meet our server for about 15 minutes, although another team member quickly brought us water and drinks. Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. We'd gladly give Syren another try.
