The entire 2 day move was more stressful as a result of the services rendered by BSB. We have had expert movers move us across states so we are aware of what to expect and we communicated our needs clearly to the owner Eric and throughout the move. We even had to help and be a part of the move to get it done. Most of the crew did not follow our instructions or Eric's. Eric himself caused damages. The service was not as promised and definitely not expert, there was less care taken than we have experienced with day movers hired from UHaul. One item that was damaged was partially remedied with a good resolution but when I provided Eric the list of additional damages, including damages to the lawn, large ruts, and tried to work on a resolution to reimburse us for damages he showed up unannounced to our home with an officer. I was never provided the certificate of insurance which I requested prior to the move. I understand our move was complex but we were charged an additional $2,233. The discussion about damages went from civil to no discussion at all. The move was not complete after the 2 days and he promised to finish it on Saturday but he reneged and instead showed up with an officer and was not willing to discuss the damages.

While it is true that $80 an hour for two guys seems a little pricey, they were well worth it and I would have paid more. I booked them for 3 hours figuring with the amount of stuff I had it would take at least that long with me starting to load the truck with three other people before they even arrived. After they did get there I stepped out of the way, they finished loading my truck followed me to my new house and had the entire thing unloaded for a total time of just under two hours. We agreed to the outrageous moving fee since we were on a tight time frame, and paid an additional amount to have the move insured. On the day of the move, the movers attempted to detach the legs from the table, but were not able to remove all four. They supposedly 'reattached' them and loaded the table top-side-down in the truck. Fine. I had to stay in Binghamton with my mother who was ill at the time, so my husband drove back to our apartment for the load-in. Admittedly, he (my husband) should have checked the table a bit better when it arrived. It was not scratched or broken, but it was not reassembled properly by the moving team and is leaning and 'sways' with even the slightest touch. I realized this as soon as I arrived home two days later and we attempted to call the moving company. This was an expensive, hand-crafted, solid oak table and has never swayed in its life. Over the past three weeks, we have attempted to contact the movers several times for them to arrange for the table to be repaired - honestly all it needs is for the screw sites to be filled and redrilled properly. And we paid for the insurance to cover this type of repair! We have been understanding that these things can happen - hence getting insurance - but it is absolutely impossible to reach Crew4 once they have your money. They answered the phone once in these three weeks, heard our concerns and request for repair, but have not followed up with us after several more attempts to contact them. I have waited nearly a month for them to do the right thing resolve this issue, but it is to no avail. I don't enjoy leaving 1-star reviews, but I am hoping this will help others to avoid using such an unprofessional company.

The first move was two years ago when I moved from Honesdale to New York City. And the second time was a few months ago when I moved out of my New York City apartment to New Jersey, but Minute-Man Movers transported all of my belongings to a storage unit back in Scranton, PA. The team likes to get started early, and when I say early, the earlier the better. I asked Dave, the lead guy at the company, if he could be at my apartment by 6 a.m., and true to his word he was there at the requested time right on the dot. Both times the guys moved me, nothing was out of place, let alone damaged, and the second time around I did a lousy job of packing. But that didn't stop them from taking care of everything. It was a little pricy for me, but that's because of all of the driving the movers had to undertake back and forth, but their service was nothing short of incredible both times, so it was worth every penny. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, and I always recommend them to all of my friends and family. You can't go wrong with these guys!

The company from which I bought the merchandise is in no way at fault for Rogers negligence. Rogers came to my apartment to complete a delivery on Friday 12/12/2025, just before 1:00 p.m. . My delivery window was slated for between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., so the fact that they showed up a little bit early, being that this was their last delivery of the day, wasn't too much of a big deal. However, these drivers showed up in such a rush, and acted like they had no idea what they were there to do. The store from which my merchandise was delivered had delivery specifications of setup, removal/haul away. The setup was fine, other than the fact that they didn't ask me which position I wanted my bed in, so I'm going to have to rotate it myself. The removal/haul away, however, was a complete disaster. They first tried to tell me that there was no haul away listed on the ticket, which I know was not the case (I was showing the original order at the store, and it specifically said haul away was indeed listed on the order). So, because I wasn't able to haul away the mattress myself (I was downsizing from a king to a queen), I paid these guys an additional FIFTY DOLLARS to haul it out for me (being that I just started my job, $50 was a lot of money for me, and I really could not afford to spare it, but I did). What's more, is they left the mattress on the front lawn of my building, which I did not notice until leaving for work the next day. I have been in a back and forth battle between the store that I purchased the merchandise from as well as Rogers trucking. The company from which I purchased the merchandise clearly has haul away as an included service, whereas Rogers is vehemently denying that haul away was included. When I spoke to Jeannie this morning as a final attempt to rectify the matter, she was extremely rude to me. After going around in an endless loop for a few days trying to justify this matter, I have simply given up and cut my losses. But the main reason for such a harsh review is that I hope nobody else experiences this. I happen to work for the company that I bought the bedding from, so I was not anticipating any type of negligence.
