Prices are reasonable and I love that you can get a lot of things in bulk. When going for your first time be prepared to spend a while as this place is huge. Also, a little sidenote, it's located in a strip mall which has a lot of traffic. There is also a small Polish section (but no other Eastern European stuff). Some Indian. However the Asian section is dismally sad, and has only tepid mainstream brands like Roland, Geisha, and Kikkoman (OK Kikkoman soy sauce is the best tho!). Not even good sesame oil or noodles. But for authentic Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or SE Asian products, I would just go to one of several excellent dedicated Asian food markets in NJ. There are also few gourmet/epicurean global culinary products, but then again this isn't that kind of store, and is much more down home. The store feels a bit dingy and the aisles can be cramped, but I do like browsing and coming across interesting or less familiar items I can incorporate into my cooking, try new delicacies, or finding specific ingredients or spices called for in certain dishes I'm making. Prices are reasonable and not subject to the typical "imported/special ethnic foods" upcharge at a Wegmans or whatever for certain products that are very basic and cheap in its country of origin.

I end up having to get behind the 8 people that came in the store after me and wait another half hour for my pre-paid prescription. And when the app does not work to show the pre-paid, express pick up code, I get charged a second co-pay. For 2 and one half years the same issue every month or so. If my insurance would cover my scripts at a different pharmacy, I would switch immediately.

My employer's vision plan isn't that great, and with places that take it, glasses still cost me quite a lot. I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses over the years at Costco. And, they don't take my vision plan, but the most I have paid for glasses is $350 and that's because of the frames I chose. And, I see great with the glasses. Just ordered a new pair since my vision changed after cataract surgery and know they will be great.

I've had several poor experiences with this location's tire services. Previously it was more…read moreunhelpful, rude and unfriendly staff but most recently we ordered tires and had a very poor experience. We received no updates about status. We made an appointment for service and they never followed up that the tires weren't in yet. Multiple calls to custumer service were unhelpful and they consistently said "we will call you back" and it never happened. A truly frustrating experience that ended up with canceling the order and a refund. It's a shame because they had really good prices for Michelin tires but it wasn't worth the hassle. Want a blueprint for how to lose a customer? Ask Costco. As for the rest of this location, I like the actual products and store, but the staff while better in the store, aren't always super friendly either. For the actual store, it's give it a 3.5.
