They always cancel my 711 app orders often and for the order I just had now, one of the workers packed a opened Diet Coke, gave me a hotdog without the bun, and a opened wrong order item salsa with 1/10th salsa missing. Ridiculous. I called the store right away to complain and the guy on the phone said the guy who packed my order left not too long ago. So rude and f***ed up all around. Instead of coming closer to hear me she just kept asking "date of birth". When I gave her only a partial date (month/year) she got annoyed and started giving me attitude. I normally have decent service here. This lady had no clue what customer service is. She was unprofessional and it caught me off guard. If this happens next time I will ask her to come to the pick up counter before sharing my details with everyone. She can enjoy the embarrassment of the moment instead of me.
