A lovely space to sip good coffee and hang out. I'm a fan. Two recommendations: - A few of my favorite roasters (not in FoCo) offer a free drink when you purchase a bag of beans. This is a great incentive to buy coffee from them! - Training the baristas to be a bit more descriptive when it comes to the different beans, rather than just "It's really good", "It's on of my favorites" - explaining to us less educated coffee people the different character qualities of the particular bean/roast. My wife and I are new to Ft. Collins. My sister recommended trying this spot. I'm greatful she did. Once we arrived we were greated with warm smiles. Their menu is simple yet sophisticated at the same time. I had a cappuccino my with a chie tea latte. We both shared a molasses cookie that was new to the menu and a gluten-free brownie; both were delicious. The setting is like you were in a big den in your uncle's cabin visiting with friends and family. I would recommend enjoying your favorite caffeinated drink at this establishment. read more

The shop is adorable & located in a very quaint old-fashioned/country-looking shopping village. Everyone had a great attitude & customer friendly personalities. I had a sweet potato empanada, blueberry scone, & chocolate chunk cookie, & all of the food & mocha were excellent! They accidentally prepared the wrong empanada for me at first, but had wonderful attitudes & fixed it right away when I took it back to the counter. Highly recommend! read more

I stopped by after lunch for a coffee, it's in a cute little shopping center. I was curious to tried their Matcha with milk but I'm lactose intolerant. They offered to substitute the milk with oat milk. The result was pretty delicious. My fiance got a iced vanilla late that was pretty tasty, my mother in law got an iced mocha and loved it as well. Really cute place at the end of a huge new apartment development complex. It is small but super cool and I'm sure if you live in the apts you are here all the time. The coffee, the atmosphere, the decor, and every single thing about this place is absolutely amazing, except for the customer service.... I have been in the last 3 Sundays in a row but have left disappointed by the rude and non friendly customer service all 3 times that I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on which is such a shame considering how much I love the area and ambiance of this coffee shop. Today, not only were the staff incredibly rude to me, but also to my friend and another paying customer. Once I heard the other customer state that they weren't coming back, I figured enough is enough and that a review needs to be written. The flavor that was in this one cup was so wonderful and balanced it literally puts other coffees I've had attempting to be artisan to absolute shame. Great coffee, kind and helpful staff, BEAUTIFUL location. The only thing that was a bit frustrating were the hours. They aren't open until 8 am on Saturdays and they are closed Sunday's. When I have family and friends in town this would be one of the coffee shops I would love to share with them but the weekend hours make it hard. read more

Pros: Good location, good parking lot, nice building. Cons: Mediocre lattes, plenty pricey, very little seating, very slow, only one size of lattes (12oz), only 3 flavors of latte, terrible coffee cup lids. Yes, I admit it, I generally go to strip mall or that type of latte place (Starbucks, Dazbog, etc.), but I stopped here because it was on the way to where we were going that morning. I am not a fan. The service was mind numbingly slow and yes they take great care in getting my latte prepared, but that is not what I care about. I just want a good latte decently quick so I can get on with my life. If you are into hanging out and enjoying your latte, great! You know what? You can still do that even if the latte is prepared in a timely manner. Any way, I get our 3 lattes, put lids on them and head out. It turns out the lids are absolutely useless at keeping coffee in the cup in a car. I drive pretty smoothly too. On top of that, the lattes were just not that good, I have had much better and a few worse. Dazbog is way better honestly. read more

I had breakfast here this morning. I ordered a mocha, the mini frittata and a magic muffin. The atmosphere is very cool and the staff super friendly. The mocha was beautiful and probably one of the best I have ever had. Not as sweet but rich and yummy! The fritatta and the muffin were delicious as well. Well done Bindle! Awesome place. I had a friend who lived in that red farmhouse decades ago, and as I saw the area starting to get built-up, I was a bit anxious about its future. I was both relieved and delighted to watch the Jessup Farm complex develop. The new buildings honor the old place (my compliments to the architects!) and the old out buildings have been lovingly restored. Bindle is in one of them, and it was a pleasure to discover it the other day. Not only is the atmosphere comfortable and the staff friendly (but not condescending to this old lady), but the coffee was very good, and the superfood blueberry muffin I had was a delight - delicious and not too sweet (unlike like the stuff you get at certain corporate establishments - I sometimes feel I should arm myself with a shot of insulin). read more

Oh beautiful coffee shop in my neighborhood. I feel this place is so loved, it really doesn't need my words, but I'll do the best I can now that it is almost 9 p.m. and the guilt that I didn't grade more papers is setting in. Well, let's see. This little workshop/farmhouse/converted-to-hipster coffee shop is a womb of zen divinity with little corners and couches and tables to sit at and read and drink delicious concoctions to your soul's contentment. I am here every week, and everyone there is always so kind and authentic. They play a good variety of pleasing music. I never drink coffee anymore in the States because Spain has ruined me with their addicting café con leche, but I took a chance and ordered a latte from here one day, and it is the first time in 3 years that I have tasted anything like what I had in Europe. That says a lot. I am not being very interesting or poetic tonight because, well I don't know, but this place is one of the many reasons I feel Colorado will be my home forever as long as I have to be in the States. read more
