One of the top 5 coffee shops I have visited in Colorado, California, Seattle, Portland and Hawaii. (yes, I realize I went from states to cities and back to state/islands). Ambiance and setting is spot one although a bit cramped. They roast their own coffee in 4 to 4.5lb batches and it is of high quality (top ten). They have a superb pour over and strong level of Barista/expert knowledge. Roast and brew was top notch. Baked goods and breakfast burritos in house. Free WIFI and power. A bit isolated, but worth the trip. read more

Bindle is a hidden gem amongst swaths of new suburban development. The coffee is what you would expect from a small batch roaster and is so good that I can feel my anxiety creep up when I near the last grounds of my home stash. I'm bummed to report my experience at Bindle Coffee was not a very good one, especially after positive reviews from friends. The shop was not very busy and yet it took a long bit of time to be noticed by one of the three employees working behind the counter. I waited for my beverage for about 10 minutes and when I went to inquire if my chai was ready the barista just said "Oh, I think we forgot." I love the space and the beverage, however, the customer service experience leads me to avoid this coffee shop and not recommend it to others. read more

A little disappoint with the service coming from the owner...didn't seem to care I waited for 20 mins for an Americano but quickly served some friends that order ahead a me. All the team could offer by the reason for the delay is that they had a big phone order come in to fill. Maybe giving me an option to wait when taking my order and money would have been nice. The staff is super nice and the coffee/pastries are good but not worth waiting. They owner had nothing to say and didn't care that was clear. read more

Bindle Coffee is sooo cute, though a bit cramped looking on the inside. THE GOOD :: The cashier greeted us with a cheery smile and vivacious good morning; a real people person in a perfect spot for her personality. Outside seating is among the very best I have ever experienced. Large well landscaped patios with ample space and plenty of furniture, including sun umbrellas. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the patio. Coffee is served in small cups. One is more likely to enjoy hot coffee to the bottom of the cup. There was no line inside so getting the refill was easy peasy. THE BAD :: 1.) Food items presented in a glass topped display case was also the temporary home to a large fly. The fly appeared to prefer the muffins :) My wife, nonetheless ordered a finger tip sized mini muffin and said it tasted great. Me, I just can't see myself ingesting fly scat with my morning pastries. Am I too old fashioned? I don't know. I imagine that if I were the owner, I would certainly take major steps to keep Jessup Farms flies out of my shop. I didn't think it appropriate to leave fly trampled foods in the case. What would you have done if you were the server? 2.) Bindle Coffee has crappy coffee. Ok, this is just my opinion. It had that sour taste to it. Sorry, not a fan. I prefer (in order) Snooze, Starbucks and Panera. 3.) The price seems on the high side - expect their rent is very high. Two coffees with 1 refill each (they charge for refills?!) was $6.00. Add the mini mini muffin at $0.92, City of Fort Collins Tax: .27, State of CO tax: .20, County tax: .04. Total: $7.43. Am I a being too cheap? read more

Their coffee has a taste like none other. They also make their own almond milk. Service is a little slow, but it's worth the wait.

So I'm definitely a firm believer in second chances and I came back at the request of one of the co-owners. I definitely appreciate the effort on their behalf, but it still isn't my ideal cup of coffee. I went with their Ethiopian this time, much more my style of coffee. Being a lot more specific this time, the coffee was definitely a lot more floral than I was expecting. I did get some subtle fruity notes, but it wasn't as prominent as I like. My colleague loved their latte for what that's worth, but I left with the same sense I did last time, they're getting closer. I rate all coffees I try equally whether they've been roasting for two centuries or two months and I've just had better experiences in other shops. I'm more inclined to recommend them this time around, they have more variety and I always thought it was a neat little shop. I'm sure I'll be back and I'm sure they'll get better read more

Looks like it belongs in Brooklyn - craft coffee, unique decor, housed in a beautiful building - sort of a hipster vibe. There's very little seating inside so good luck if you are hoping to work or sit and chat. The coffee was just okay. Nothing too special. Almost tasted bitter/burned. read more

Things I love about this place: they have almond milk + almost all of their baked goods are gluten-free, dairy-free and/or free of refined sugar. I got a vanilla chai with almond milk + it had the perfect creaminess + sweetness to it. Can't personally speak for the coffee, but the bf got his typical mocha + was satisfied with it. The line didn't move super quickly, but it wasn't glacially slow either. I love the decor although it was pretty crowded inside + hard to find a seat. I imagine that in the summertime, it would be excellent because there's a great patio area + plenty of outdoor seating. Bindle is nestled in the middle of Jessup Farms, which is beautifully restored + has such a great vibe. Definitely recommend if you're in the Ft. Collins area - especially as the weather gets warmer. read more

Came from out of town in the hopes of finding a decent local coffee roaster - Bindle is adorable! Inside and out, we loved the vibe of the place, our drinks were delicious, and we're looking forward to having the beans we bought at home. Only suggestion would be to be a little more reasonable on bean pricing, although it wasn't outrageous. A little bummed my only bean options were half pound or two pounds, as I usually like ordering a pound at a time. Would highly recommend this shop if you feel like living your best life and relaxing with a good drink in a nice environment. read more

Very little seating. Beautiful old building used to be a barn. Located in a nice calm part of Fort Collins. Jessup villages has a few cute little shops and boutiques on the same row of buildings. They make all of their own sauces her so the mocha is amazing! Although a large is about the size of a Starbucks tall for $4.65 read more

Delicious coffee and people! Very affordable crop-to-cup coffee, ethically and sustainably sourced from cooperatives around the world. They roast in-house and the baristas have world-class training. Andrew, the owner, has been roasting for a while and his wife Jen has a culinary arts degree. He's the coffee connoisseur and she's the baked-goods aficionado. Bindle Coffee is a much needed addition in Fort Collins. There really isn't a cool, craft, authentic atmosphere that serves coffee up in the Fort, so this is great. The little Jessup Farm area is interesting.... the concept it cool, I just wish it wasn't nestled in a cookie cutter neighborhood. It'll be interesting to see it when everything else opens up for business this fall. As for the coffee shop, it's solid. I had a cappuccino and a fresh cinnamon roll right out of the oven and it was top notch. The baristas were personable and seemed knowledgable. The atmosphere is very whimsical/farm-esque and super cozy. My only fear is that there is not much seating and the Colorado winters are looooooong. I wonder if heat lamps will be outside when it gets cold? Anyway, I will definitely be stopping here whenever I am up in Fort Collins. It's a nice change of pace and is much needed. I've worked SO HARD to limit myself from coming every day for those dang choriqueso empanadas and daily special goodies. I'd recommend specific pastries, but they're always changing and I've never been disappointed!
