My wife reached out to Billy about 6-7 months ago, He had mentioned he was pretty busy and we weren't in a rush to get rid of our car, so we decided to hold of a few months. She called him again about two months ago, and they couldn't find a time where we would all be available to be there, when he picked up the car. So she put me in charge of contacting him and arranging a date and time. I called him, and he seemed really flustered, and irritated. We managed to arrange a time (that coming Tuesday) at 2. 2pm came, and went, Billy didn't show up. I called him once at 2:15, and again at 2:30. Nothing. Straight to voicemail. I figured something came up, and went back to work for the day. He called me at 4, and immediately started yelling at me, called me an idiot for not being available two hours after our agreed upon time. I was able to get him to stop yelling long enough to tell him we'd be looking to sell our car to someone else. He spent the next hour texting my work phone non stop, going in and out of calm, and rude. We eventually blocked his number. I just hired Billy to tow a pair of junk cars from a hoarder's house we just purchased, and could not be happier! This is an honest, hard-working young man who does what he promises, completely above board--no surprises. He patiently walked me through the necessary paperwork (no titles, of course) to comply with the law, and then showed up when he said he would. Billy expertly retrieved the first car, down a hill at the end of a large lot, without leaving so much as a rut in the yard. He came back for the second car after dark, keeping me informed of his progress at every step. And he didn't charge a cent for hauling these rusting hulks away--again, no surprises! Billy is a hero to the neighborhood, and we've received kudos for making these eyesores disappear. I had a very bad situation that I needed to move a vehicle that wasn't driveable, title was stuck in CA, and I just wanted to junk it. CA DMV has been a pain to deal and I've been unable to get this situation resolved for years. Billy went above and beyond in trying to help be resolve this situation, even calling the CA DMV and giving me step-by-step instructions on what to do to try to get the title. I had to pay to move the vehicle onto private property, but Billy's instructions ultimately allowed me to just get the title and move forward to junk it here in WA. Easier than i expected, Definitely a five star service! I was stressed out because our landlord wanted my totaled car out of the driveway. I filled out online forms and called 800 numbers in the ads that show online when I searched for wrecked car removal. I usually leave business' alone- everyone has an off day- but I had to create a yelp account just for this guy. Tried to get rid of junker - straight forward- no special requests, even willing to work in his time frame. BEWARE! Very unprofessional! Swears at you over the phone/text! Threatens you when he doesn't get the answer he wants. Look at his responses to all of the negative reviews and you can tell he's a person with anger issues. Be safe- go elsewhere with your business. Billy just helped my girlfriend get rid of her Dodge Stratus (please no one out there buy one especially 96). He asked if it ran, we said for about 20 minutes. yet again outbid the two places we called (and again pull-a-part was the lowest bidder). We asked for a late night pick up again and sure enough he showed up around 9 with another car on the back and took ours and the other one away on a purple and white truck.
