They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. Dave left quite an impression on me as he came on TIME (could not have done a better job) and was extremely efficient. My car ended up overheating and completely just plunked out on my way to Portland, on the side of…read morethe highway. My car is a '94 Toyota Camry, and has been having overheating issues for the past 6 months. There was plenty of traffic and plenty of angry drivers didn't hide their discontent. I was also in the middle of the highway, really far out from the nearest exit. I called Victory Towing because of their good reviews, and they were the only towing company that didn't charge me an outrageous price. I was expecting to be sitting and waiting for at least 2-3 hours, and imagined the tow truck might have a hard time finding me since I was pretty vague with my location details. I was really surprised when Dave (the guy who towed my car) arrived in less than an hour! On top of that, not only did he do an efficient job at towing my car, he also offered to take a look at it and see what's wrong! It turned out the temperature gauge as well as a messed up hose was the culprit of my cars problems. Dave was such an angel and a huge help, I don't know what I would have done if anyone else but him showed up! I really recommend this towing company! And if you ever call needing your car towed, make sure to ask for Dave! Ya won't regret it!
