Trev's Towing went above and beyond!…read more My son called me in the middle of the night after his battery died while he was stopped at Tom Thumb. We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Trev reminded us that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Trev! You truly are an angel. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping my son when he needed it most. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

I am writing this review regarding the treatment my mother and I received from an R&R Towing driver…read moreafter our Dodge Ram 350 camper van broke down in Lynnwood on 8-17-2026 We were stranded and needed a tow to a local repair shop approximately 2.5 miles away. An R&R driver named Coda/Cota was dispatched to assist us. From the beginning, his demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told us that he had previously been called to tow our vehicle and had refused because of the generator and plumbing in the camper van. This statement was completely untrue. We do not live in the Lynnwood area, and this van has never previously been towed. We have no idea why he would make such a claim or treat us as though we were attempting to do something improper. He told us that he could not tow the vehicle with the flatbed truck he had brought. He took photographs of the van and told us that he would contact R&R and have a different truck sent to handle the tow. He then left. We never received another call from R&R. We were left stranded for approximately five hours before we finally contacted Dick's Towing. Their driver arrived within about an hour and successfully towed our camper van to the repair shop without the problems or accusations we had experienced with R&R. I find the entire experience extremely concerning. We were already in a stressful situation, stranded in an unfamiliar area, and simply needed assistance getting our disabled vehicle a short distance to a repair shop. Instead, we were treated rudely, accused--at least by implication--of having some sort of questionable vehicle or situation, and then effectively abandoned after being told another R&R truck would be sent. Why the tow could not be performed with the truck he was operating, and why no one from R&R ever followed up after he left is a mystery, but was probably because it was a AAA call for a short distance. Customers who are stranded and requesting roadside assistance should be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

My car is a '94 Toyota Camry, and has been having overheating issues for the past 6 months. There was plenty of traffic and plenty of angry drivers didn't hide their discontent. I called Victory Towing because of their good reviews, and they were the only towing company that didn't charge me an outrageous price. I was expecting to be sitting and waiting for at least 2-3 hours, and imagined the tow truck might have a hard time finding me since I was pretty vague with my location details. I was really surprised when Dave (the guy who towed my car) arrived in less than an hour! On top of that, not only did he do an efficient job at towing my car, he also offered to take a look at it and see what's wrong! It turned out the temperature gauge as well as a messed up hose was the culprit of my cars problems. Dave was such an angel and a huge help, I don't know what I would have done if anyone else but him showed up! I really recommend this towing company! And if you ever call needing your car towed, make sure to ask for Dave! Ya won't regret it!
