I entered your establishment in Albany New York ready to use my free birthday tickets that were given to me when I had her birthday here last year--they do not have an expiration date! He was unsympathetic and claimed the company won't honor my passes that we were given after spending a large sum of money here for a birthday party previously. Workers customer service is HORRIBLE. I called to see where in Bay plaza Billy Beez was located because I was in the parking lot and they told me that they are closed when the closing time says 9:30. It was only 8:25 at the time she said that they close the doors at 8:30 I then told her that it wasn't even 8:30 yet and she was adamant that I wasn't making it on time without even knowing how far I was. It was pretty nice. Th play area was decent and clean. The only complaints I do have is that the restrooms family in particular wasn't that well maintained. No tissue for your hands or bottom were available. And my other complaint was in the area for smaller kids a lot of bigger kids were in there and it was kind of an unsafe situation due to majority of the kids swinging and running around pushing the younger kids around. Some parents were there to supervise their kids but not a lot paid attention to their kids allowing them to run around and just do whatever they wanted . Overall a good place to take your kids to burn out some energy. They have storage lockers to rent for your belongings and they do serve food as well read more

Disgusting costumer service!! We purchased an hour party room session. Host did not come into the room until 20 mins after our reservation and kicked us out 10 mins before our reservation was supposed to be completed. The host was very unprofessional; wearing a durag and eating someone else's party's cake and sitting down as he addressed us. We asked him questions about why our room was cut short and he responded "because I'm that nigga!!" We reported this rudeness to the supervisor who then refused to accommodate us in any way and told us that she is not his mother and so what is she supposed to do about his rude behavior and our short private room session. Came to this location with a toddler and a 11yo and I have to say this place unorganized with no staff around. The only staff we actually located were in the ball pit attacking each other with the balls. I couldn't go inside the ball pit due to them playing. Absolutely horrible !! The place is over capacity on the weekend and they still let people in, even if your not participating in any activities they charge you to get in. For them to not have any game and all you do is run around they over charge you ! While I was there a little girl pee'd on her self the the jungle gym. The staff did not clean it or sanitize it, the pee hit the floor and all the staff did was wipe it up with a mop. If you have a toddler do not go here. They supposedly have a toddler area but no one is around to manage the age rules, in fact there's no staff anywhere. There's wet spots all over the place and no cleaning them up. I have a 1 yr old and was on the designated toddler area and there were kids way above 5 running around and acting wild. I had to stay right over my baby to make sure he didn't get hurt by some reckless kid whose parent didn't direct towards his age section. Not worth the hassle or lack of management. The employees made no effort to try to block off the area or at least stand there and redirect children around the spill. Booking my daughter's 5th Birthday was seamless. I was slightly frustrated with the check-in process as it could have been better. Additionally, the booked time is actually the time you have the private room to eat; I would have booked the time later so they could have eaten after playing. Outside of that, the kids had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend it for parents of children 4-10 years old; it reminded me of the Discovery Zone when I was a kid. After 2 bad experiences before, I said I would give it one more chance. We were the 1st ones there, happy and ready for my 1 year old to run around and again found the toddler grounds filthy. Candy, hair, wrappers, just nasty wanting to leave a kid showed up with a broom ready to clean. I purchased toddler package (10 entries) on May 19th 2018 for our daughter. We used the first entry on the same day. When I tried to use the pass for the second time on March 8th 2019, front desk denied the entry. They told me that I never purchased the toddler package. I showed them the purchase receipt. Still denied entry and told me that they will contact corporate office and resolve the issue. The corporate office will call me with the solution. I waited one week for the call and no response. I came back with our daughter on March 15th to check the status and the front desk denied entry. The front desk contacted venue manager Marisol regarding the status of our complaint to corporate office. She denied our entry on the grounds that she didn't hear any update on our complaint from corporate office. This is pathetic that the corporate office couldn't track our purchase and front desk staff is rude to me about the whole issue. This is humiliating and disrespectful. Plus the disappointment of our daughter who is denied access every time we take her to billy beez for play. This is on top of paying $120 for the 10 entry pass. I complained to BBB and credit card company regarding this issue. Let's hope I get my money back. Word of advice to everyone, there are plenty of other play areas that are much more consumer friendly. Please don't waste your money here. Don't ever buy the 10 pack entry pass. My son has fun here, I think it's horrible. I can't see how anyone is managing it at all. Employees are all too young and just hang out and chat. My son was playing basketball, one of the kids working there was there the whole time shooting baskets himself while talking to his co-worker girlfriend. Then when too many other kids came in he was forced to give up the ball and the he and his young gf went and sat down on a bench. Then a small kid came in and spilled an icee on the court. I had been wanting to check out Billy Beez but really wasn't sure about this place, but this summer heat wave finally got me to give in. I have a 19 month old daughter and wanted to let her run around. So I went there with my daughter, 11 year old newphew and my two sisters. We went around noon on a Monday. My daughter had a good time. There were a few kids, not too many which was good and what I wanted. That is why I went early on a Monday. The employees were on their cell phones right at the entrance. The play area for the toddlers has seen better days. The blocks are falling apart. But overall, my daughter enjoyed herself. I could see how this place could be crazy on the weekends and later on in the day. But if you have a toddler or younger kids you should be safe if you go early on a weekday. read more

! i booked my daughters party for 2/15 @ 5:45 and the entire experience was a complete joke . first let me start out with our first encounter ,the process of entering the facility took more that 20 minutes which took time from being in the room at our designated time. we arrived promptly at 5:30 . secondly , i ordered pizza's and beverages for the adults ahead of time when we entered the room there was only pizza for the children , which defeated the purpose of me even ordering ahead of time in order to save time. the pizza's arrived around 6:15 let me remind you that my party started at 5:45 when i spoke to the supervisor who's name is amy , there was no apology at all no sense of urgency or compassion in efforts to provide great customer service. furthermore ,the host who was suppose to be in the room was not there in order to create a great customer service either she didn't offer the adults their food or coffee . the table was a mess towards the time in which we were going to sing happy birthday and of course we had to clean it up ourselves. i had to mentioned the birthday girl's shirt which she did not receive until i mentioned it , i had to mention the fact that we were missing goodie bags .when i spoke to amy again there was no apology just trying to brush me off no solution no extra time given being that we waited for the pizzas. i did not get any pictures of my child at her own birthday party nor did i get to enjoy it with her because i was too busy trying to get everything situated when in reality all of the things should have been done ahead of time which is why i paid $698 dollars. the maintenance  walked in while my guest were still in the room making us feel rushed . i should be compensated for the horrible experience that billy beez provided on my daugther's birthday . read more
