My cousin came to celebrate her son's birthday at this location, not only because it was convenient for more people to attend, but because the one on palisades mall was all booked. Billie Beez is the new discovery zone/chuckie cheese. The line was long out front and the guy behind the counter ignored me. Luckily my cousin told me I didn't have to wait on the line for a party attendee. The workers upfront look like they hate their lives. Good thing our party host had a better vibe. I didn't take enough photos, but Billie beez play area is actually really nice and big. The kids had fun, no wonder my cousins son demanded to come here for his 4th birthday. Billy Bee's is an indoor park located inside of the Bay Plaza Mall. I came here for my nephew's birthday party! There was a bunch of my family. We had a private party room for 1 hour & a half. This is cute for the younger kids. The hosts were very nice & attentive! My nephew was beyond happy! The hosts served pizza. It was ok too much bread for me. It was all about the kids not me! This place is located in a very convenient area. I have been here for parties and just for play dates. Both on weekdays and weekends. My son truly loves it here. To start off the line to get in is annoying. Their waiver catches people off guard so when you go up to try to enter, they ask you to fill out a waiver first. So you and others are in the way trying to fill out the waiver and back to make the line to get in and show proof of the waiver. I think they're not organized at all and not welcoming at all. It's also SO EXPENSIVE! I've been to many indoor playgrounds and this is the only one that charges for the parents to go in. In other indoor playgrounds it's usually one parent free per child. And they charge for any additional adult. So for two children and two adults be prepared to spend $80. They also expect everyone to buy their Billy bees socks. For what? So other adults are still in their sneakers? They make it seem like a strict place where you must purchase their socks and have no shoes on but there's no staff I've seen inside actually enforcing their rules. Their toddler area lacks too. Their foam blocks are old and chewed up and it really bored my two toddlers. We left after an hour being there. My kids were more into the claw machines. The food here is awful and expensive too. I booked this place for a 9year old girs birthday party. The party host was great. Her name is jazzyn. We had some issues with the coordinator and last minute add ons being sent in without paying extra and our pre paid guests were asked to pay tickets instead. Will never book here for my kid's party ever again. Our daughter was happy to have her birthday party here and we booked it two months ahead of the occasion. I tried to call them on the phone to get some info but no one answers. When I went in person, I was told that I could only book online and that a week before the event, a party coordinator would call me for the final confirmation. They offer three party packages. The cheapest is super basic. The next two include food, goodie bags and a return visit for the birthday kid. The difference between them is that the most expensive also includes game cards for the kids. All of the packages are for 10 adults and 10 kids, and guest over 65 and 11 months and under, are free. At least, this is what is supposed to happen. I received a text message five days before the event date from their, "party coordinator", that detailed extras to be purchased and what to do to make changes. I couldn't call anyone back and when I texted, I didn't not receive any response. I didn't hear from them again until the day before the party. They called in the morning while I was at work and left a message, and again I was unable to reach anyone. The day of the party, we arrived later than we would have liked because we were delayed at the bakery for the birthday cake. We did arrive 30 minutes before the event time but they would prefer you to arrive an hour before. I explained to the girl handling the party transactions that we had six guests that would be in attendance that were over 65 years old and I was told we would not have to pay for them. There were 10 kids in total and 19 adults. For whatever reason, they had my husband pay extra for 6 people when we should have only paid for 3 extra since 6 adults were over 65 years of age. One parent and child ended up paying for themselves which was wild. I did not realize this until it was too late, as my husband and I were in two different places, me, tending to the party room and him, greeting guests. When we were initially shown to the party room, I quickly decorated it in the theme my daughter requested before the event began. The person bringing the food was in a bit of a rush and wanted to bring it when people weren't even in the room yet. I asked that he wait 15 minutes and he ended up bringing the cart five minutes later. We ordered an extra "tray" of chicken fingers which is a ripoff - there were maybe 20 pieces of chicken in the box and it cost us $50. They only brought us 2 pizzas when the Deluxe package was supposed to include 3. I had to go and ask for condiments because none were brought. It's funny, because when we arrived, they knew exactly how much to charge us for the remaining balance but failed to ensure we received everything included in the Deluxe package. There was one employee, an older man that was working the kitchen (maybe the manager?) that was totally on point and he was our only blessing. Everyone else seemed to not care about their job and I just feel like maybe don't work in a kids' entertainment venue if you're going to half-ass everything. Our package included goodie bags for the kids, which I forgot about because they never gave them to us. I had theme-related goodie bags that the Billy Beez bags were supposed to also be added to. Half of the children left before I got them. I had to go to the front and ask for them. The girl tried to give me extra in an attempt to make up for forgetting to give them to us in the first place. They also forgot to give us the BB shirt for my daughter. I've gone to my cousins' kids' parties at places like this (in NJ) and I feel like they do way more at those places, including serving the pizza to the kids, cutting and serving the cake, and being in the room to help wrangle people to sing Happy Birthday. $500 is crazy to spend for staff to overcharge you, forget to give you items included in your package, to not adequately prepare you or even be available for contact prior to your event, and to not even be present to help with the event. What's included is an obviously broad description of what they actually do. Children are able to remain in the venue for as long as they'd like, so even after the 90 minute party room window, you can stay and use the facilities until they close, as long as you don't leave because there is no reentry. They did, however, allow us to go pack our stuff in the car and return. In the actual kiddie area where the children play, there are many older kids that are allowed to rough house which had me concerned. They were up there with kids much smaller than them, with no concern about their behavior. This spot is ghetto asf. The only saving grace is that neither my daughter nor any of the other children were the wiser. A two-star rating is two stars too many. We even tried contacting their company via the feedback submission form but no one has contacted us and it's been over 2 weeks. Customer service is definitely not their forté. read more

Billy Beez is a massive playground of pipes, slides, and climbing zones with a few random areas of ball games and a small shooting room. A few random spills here and there were cleaned up relatively quickly by the staff, so that's good. Entry if you don't have a party - the line moves awfully slow. Socks on the equipment, and if you don't have them, a pair will go for $3 or $4 with the little sticky feet to have grip. There's a party check-in to the side, walk past the line and go get checked in. They allow you only to go in and not come back out (as a note) so it's hard for parents to drop off and then come back later to drag your kid out. Inside it's difficult to chase the little one around and figure out where they are - a little tracker system on the wrist would've been useful (RFID?). Anyway, the birthday was in one of the separate rooms in the back. Took forever for them to bring in the fruit, pizza and the cupcakes. Slow, and given they have a time limit of how long you are in the room, that could've been managed better. No sense of urgency in the staff as they wandered in and out. The back area has a food court you can get pizza and the snacks for a fee. Each kid in a party gets a little gift bag of random trinkets worth maybe a dollar or two. Overall I've had better experiences with locations like this where it's an indoor kid's playground. This one was slow and crazy...and far too hot. I recently paid for a deluxe party for my daughters 5th birthday, I was very disappointed with the prices we paid the experience was not worth it. I was instructed to arrive 1 hour prior to my slot time once we arrived they put us in an empty undecorated room the host was already bring the pitcher of drinks and food 50 minutes prior to out actual start time, our host bearly came she didn't set up the room and had a lazy I don't want to be bothered attitude. I had to chase them down for the socks, her T-shirt, the party bags, utensil, napkins, condiments, cups and plates. The host instructed us to clean up the space at the end...which I thought was apart of the package. Honestly I had never gone to a Billy Beez before this one so I didn't know what to expect. We got there at a pretty good time, it wasn't extremely packed but after we entered that began to change because the line got long! But my son loved it. It was clean and the employees were nice. People were wearing mask, others weren't but we were able to just hang out on the other side which wasn't crowded at all and enjoy ourselves. Good indoor playground when it's cold or raining. My toddler enjoys the game, unfortunately some unruly and unsupervised kids also play here. One kid pushed my baby for no reason along with other kids and when we tried to talk to mom she was ignorant about it. This is no fault of the establishment, but this experience makes me apprehensive to visit. You have to stay arms length to dissuade bullies, and we all know this is impossible with active and inquisitive toddlers/kids. read more

While I visited a weekday afternoon and it was practically empty-this place was a big disappointment. Smaller than Palisades (which isn't always a bad thing) but OVERALL it is Very unorganized & unsanitary! So glad my kiddos and I didn't eat in there. The food area looks like it hasn't been wiped down in months. Guests were waiting to order snacks and no one showed up for over 30 minutes. You exit and no one checks the adult/child bracelet to make sure they're supposed to exit together. The elevated prices that they charge should come with better service. Ok let me say I have been to billy beez in paramus prior to this bronx location. By far the vibe was completely different. I only came for a bday party for my son's friend. Let me start by saying the party room is extremely small. But i get it, it is only a place to eat and sing happy bday. The issue I have is that it didn't seem private, the window facing the room is literally in front of the play area which anyone can see. I am in a room trying to celebrate and i look out to see the back of parents heads as they are sitting right by the room. The placement is terrible. Next there is no staff to be found. Be warned if you take your kid here. They will need to learn how to fend for themselves. Imagine letting over a 100 kids run around but no staff was there to direct or assure safety. Example, I saw 30 kids climbing this ramp to do the slide, literally seeing bigger kids push the smaller ones to get to the top.. then when they get to the top.. kids are rushing down.. my son slid and aother kid didnt even wait, he just went right away.. what happened!! He ended up kicking my kid in the back right after he reached the bottom.. if that kid wasn't 8 years old.. I may have had to give him a ric flair chop to the chest.. and screamed wooooohhh .. but they are kids and I cant blame him. I blame the staff for not controlling the top of the slide allowing kids to slide together, face forward with no regard. I will warn you. This place is loud, busy and can be hectic. The reason it gets 3 stars is because in the end my kid had fun and he enjoyed the maze, slides. So to be fair i couldn't give it 1 star. So enter at your own risk. A 9 year old punched my 7 year old in the face and when I approached the MOM as infuriated as I was one of the employees said to me he would have to ask me to leave. I literally said because im defending my child and questioning what happened? you should be more concerend with escorting out those not following the mask protocol and keeping their maks down. This place is a great alternative to Chucky Cheese type venues. I have a 5, 3 and 2 year old and they loved it.... So did my Husband and I. It was a Saturday and we went earlier and there was plenty of space to have fun and wasnt that busy but definitely got busier later in the afternoon. So go early. You Love that they have a dedicated Baby/Toddler area. Its a safe space that you you can relax and know they cant run off and they are being active. You do have to be watchful though as they have minimal staff supervision. We just got a few snacks etc at the cafe but ate before we got in. Dont expect much its just kiddie fast food. I sent an email explaining the situation (which they should already know) and requested my money back. Now they are telling me they are going to hold my deposit for a future reservation. I have to give this Billy Beez location some justice, considering the other reviews. We had our daughters 3rd birthday at the Baychester Billy Beez on a Saturday during tax season and really had a good time. We saw people from all walks of life and no fights. From beginning to end, the staff was very attentive to us and our needs. We got there pretty early, I'd sat about 10, 11 am (recommended) to beat the Saturday rush and to get the little ones tired early. We rented one of the four or five rooms available for private parties, cake cutting, and pizza eating. The young man that took care of us was very attentive and came often to make sure everything was ok. This was nice of him, considering how wild the place was by 2 pm, the scheduled time we chose to be in the private room. Overall, our baby girl had a good time, and so did our invited guest. The only complaint I have is the long queues just to get food or water, and the awful pizza they serve when you do the party room package. The juice could be better. Thank god it's located inside a mall that has a food court with lots of options. read more

Today I came into Billy Beez for my nephews 3rd birthday. My sister booked a party early for 11am to 1pm. This was our first time here 1. None the people at the front desk properly advised us that we needed to check in for a party. They just have us a wrist band and let us go. 2. We were NEVER advised or called when our party room was ready. We only finally got to our party room (at 12:30pm!!!) because the kids were getting hungry and one of the parents went looking into one of the rooms. 3. Due to not being advised about our party room the kids pizza was cold and we had to rush as we only had the room until 1pm. 4. Staff seemed untrained and Unknowledgeable of what needed to be done. We asked multiple times for a manager after sometime we had to walk around the entire place searching for her. 5. The party hostess and Manager were unprofessional and the lack of service is unbelievable. Didn't even bother to come in and light the candle for the birthday cake or apologize for the complete lack of service. 6. After the party the manager had the audacity to ask for payment for the party even though all accommodations were paid in full prior to the date. I booked my party online seamlessly through the Billy Beez website. After booking my party and receiving my confirmation I decided to call the location to confirm they had received my reservation. At that point I also requested my invitations so that I could email them. Needless to say I did not receive the invitations. Once we arrived at billy beez we were greeted by a party hostess Ms. Michelle who was great. She provided me with instruction and handed out bands to the party guests who had entered with me. We entered the party room at 4:55 for a 5pm party and was greeted by the party host. At 5pm the host asked if we wanted her to bring out the pizza and I requested her to bring it out at 5:15 since the kids were so distracted on the play contraptions outside. While in the facility I realized I had to make a trip back to my car because I had left some of the party bags in my car along with my wallet. When I tried to exit the facility the gate keeper was very argumentative as to why I could not leave the facility and if I left how I would have to pay a Re-entry fee! I explained I was hosting a birthday party and had left essential items in my car and after the third request I was finally let out of the gate! By 5:20 I had gathered all the kids and had them seated at the party table . At that point I asked our room hostess for the pizza we requested for 5:15 and she disappeared to collect the pizza. By 5:40 I asked another hostess to please bring out the pizza because at this point we had to be out of the room in 20 minutes. Finally at 5:45 our party room door opened and two hostesses where bringing in our pizza. The kids were all finally served and started to eat by 5:55. Now I started to freak out because we only had the room until 6! The hostesses were nice and pleasant. After they served the kids they disappeared. At about 6:10 all of the kids where finished and ready to sing happy birthday, but where were the hostesses? My sons grand mother and great grandmother had to help me with clearing the table and a spill because the hostess were no where to be found! By 6:20 thanks to all of the parents in the room the children had all finally got their cake and where seated. At 6:25 ms. Michelle who had checked us in for our party came to the room to tell us our time was up. We complied and packed up and left the room. I also explained to her how late the pizza was provided and how the hostess never returned to help clean and transition to the cake. Since the party was over my husband along with two other fathers decided to carry all of the presents and left over cupcakes to our car which was parked just In front of the mall doors. They too encountered the same issue trying to exit and re-enter the facility. Because I had already spoken to the manager, I was told the party hostesses were allowed to exit and renter I was very concerned and frustrated that we again were having the same issue so I went to the front door to attempt to talk to the Manager. When I went to the gate to exit I was then met by a new employee who told my I could not exit to which I responded that I needed to speak with the manager who was just on the other side of the gate, the employee was rude and said no she can come to you. Once she responded in this rude tone, another co-employees cackled in reaction to her condescending tone. By that point I was so frustrated I told them let me out the gate now I want to speak to the manager. I explained to the manager my issue with the delayed pizza, the missing room hostesses, we had to service and clean our own room, the rude employees and the overall experience at this location. I was not impressed by the service provided at this location. We essentially paid to sit in an air conditioned room for an hour and have to play KP for our own event.
