The music program is exceptionally strong, with top-notch directors and a roster of professional musicians that rivals those of NYC churches. Every Sunday they deliver concert-quality music, and there are opportunities for singing and playing handbells, at different levels, for anyone who would like to join. The program is excellent, somehow, without being exclusive or elitist. The Director of Children's and Youth Ministry, who runs the youth groups, is hilarious. The kids love him. He finds the right mix of games, lessons and fellowship to engage students, and ensures EVERY student feels welcome and part of the community. Last, but not least, the sermons are first-rate. From the pulpit, I want to learn something and be challenged to change something. I find that at RCB. The sermons are thought-provoking, assume (correctly) a high level of knowledge and sophistication of the congregation, and push each listener to reassess how his/her actions are reflective (or not reflective) of the week's Christian principle. We worried when we moved to the suburbs that we would not find a church that matched our family's differing interests and hopes for a faith community. We need not have. Over the past several years, RCB has become our family's home.

Also in the small "Changing Stalls" there was literally baby spider eggs. I can't believe they make the kids change and swim in these conditions it's highly crazy, and just sad.

The onboarding "process" was literally the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life and I've…read morebeen in the workforce for 23 years. It took literal weeks to hear back from HR, who then openly admitted to "not checking their email". To say that my experience was wrought with unprofessionalism is beyond an understatement. I was technically "hired" in late January and wasn't even onboarded fully before I gave up and "quit" in APRIL. The process was so outdated, redundant and senseless that I couldn't take it anymore, as no one with a brain in their head or any self respect would. I had to fill out the same information literally 4 separate times. The HR staff as well as my "manager" had no clue what they had given me to complete, what they hadn't, what appropriate communication is like or how normal onboarding timelines work. Complete and utter disorganized and frankly highly disrespectful HOT MESS! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

Attended a baby shower here . Attendant was oddly lurking the entire party . Two hours before end…read moretime he interrupts the activities to let the guests of honor ( not the hosts ) know they only have two hours left on the rental and that in his opinion we should start ending the party because there was a lot to clean. While there were decorations , all food had been put away and clean up would have included distributing the take home gifts , pulling down balloons and sweeping/mopping the floor and we had numerous "helpers" . His reminders continued every fifteen minutes and really dampened the event. I would personally spend the money and go some place else before paying a decent rental fee to have someone watching every move waiting to notice and speak about something "wrong".
