One piece for every piece purchased to either your garage or curb. They handle that with care as well. That was important because I had sold my old furniture. One thing you may want to insure when purchasing right now is to make sure the furniture you have selected is in their warehouse, otherwise you may be waiting quite a long time.

We were buying two $900/each recliners then were told it would be $149 for delivery. To soften the blow he said that would cover all purchases for a year. We then decided to also purchase a chair and a couch. Well, they added on another $50 delivery. What? He had just said it would cover all orders for 12 months. Nope. The couch was a floor model so it adds on another $50. One of the back corners had the back loose for the about 10 inches towards the top. The salesperson said he would have someone there staple it back. When we received the couch, the upper portion of the back had indeed been restapled. However, the rest of that corner below that was flopping open. Someone who said she was in charge of the repair dept. at corporate called and said that they would do nothing to correct it. She said that it was a floor model, therefore we had implicitly accepted any and all damage. That seems like a pretty nasty response. Doubly so since it was NOT damaged like that when we bought it.

I couldn't be more disappointed with these guys currently. It's Oct. 18th and I ordered a dresser from them on Sept. 27th. Still don't have my dresser and the two times I've spoken to the folks at Mission there are different dates it will arrive. When I hadn't heard anything for a while after it was supposed to have been delivered I decided to check in. The latest news now is delivery the week of November 7th and that's not even a guaranteed date. Just a guesstimate. Their delivery vendor cannot even provide a definite date. In 2016 when things are delivered and shipped all over the world, I'm being told by these guys that Florida to Seattle is quite the impressive feat and we should be thanking the shipper for his honesty and great work. Mind you I have not once been contacted about these delays once of their own accord. Further adding to my dismay when you place an order with them you receive a confirmation of your order and if you don't contact them expect to never hear anything more again. Not regarding when it shipped or any predicted date of delivery, you know, like you get when you order anything from anyone else who sells anything for the home. Apparently the dresser I ordered for $1000 plus a $200 white glove delivery charge (which I will now associate with preparing to not get your items for another month) has been sitting with their third party shipper since Oct. 5 when the Mission associate says it left their store. Since they have other deliveries I shouldn't expect it to have been sent on its way at that Oct. 5th date. When I called to ask what was going on, because again, you don't get any sort of communication about the status of your delivery (even though I was told I would get an email on a particular day and did not), it took over a day to learn that my dresser would now in fact be arriving the following month. The associate I've been speaking with tried to push me on the proposed November delivery still being inside of 20 days from shipping, which we counted and the week of November 7th is outside of. She then offered a refund and quickly retracted that offer when I asked her to yes please honor that or refund the delivery charge of $200 at least. Now she will go to her boss to see if anything at all can be done, because according to her this is all standard protocol, especially for the monumental delivery distance according to her. I've shipped cars cross country in a week. Mind you I still have no idea when this dresser will come, nothing in writing, just a guess from the vendor, also not in writing. Then we know they will give me a super convenient 12-5 delivery window. So we will see when I get the dresser. In the meantime I live with clothes all over floor. From the time I ordered this dresser I have gotten an entire home's worth of furniture, including couch and a replacement piece to another dresser that was delivered in less than a week (from overstock). If I had at any point been told when I placed my order in September that I would not receive it until November I would NEVER have made the purchase. I feel sorely taken advantage of and for the price I'm paying I'm not getting any sort of service comparable to it.

We had been traveling for 13 years so had no furniture, to speak of. We special ordered a bedroom set with a California King bed, two night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers plus 2 sets of lamps, and an outdoor wicker table with glass top and 4 chairs. We had to special order the California King sized bed because no one carried the one we wanted in that size. Florida Home and Patio were the only ones I called willing to do a special order. Their prices and quality are excellent plus they have really unique items with a Florida vibe. Service is excellent and with a smile! Even the delivery people were excellent and would do anything to make sure the furniture was set up how we liked. The owner even called to see to see if our special order was correct and the delivery was what we expected. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Florida Home and Patio and I'm sure these will not be the last items we get there. We can't thank Laurie and Joe enough for the excellent job they did!!

All of this hullabaloo stemmed from the owner, Teliee, not being able to deliver an unstained and non-defective piece of furniture that I bought under customary conditions from Soft Square. Instead of providing me with the replacement for my Soft Square furniture that was delivered damaged and delivering on the store guarantee (promised back in August) to replace it, Soft Square's owner, Teliee, refused to honor the store promise and proceeded to raise his voice and yell expletives. Teliee seems to be a misogynist and disrespected female customers in a way he would never speak to a male customer. He was verbally abusive and repeatedly said, "F*** you and get out of my store" in lieu of honoring the store guaranty. Please note that no raised voices or expletives were uttered by me or my daughter. The owner has severe anger management issues and is not fit to deal with customers. He proceeded to inform us that many pieces of furniture arrive damaged and that somehow after spending a 4-figure sum, I should be expected to deal with this defect in furniture....  Please note that even Ikea guarantees that furniture will arrive in mint condition. He spoke to us with such disrespect for female customers that I was truly shocked and disappointed. It was extremely hostile behavior and not commensurate to the environment of such a store. He tried to bully us and was verbally aggressive to coerce us to accept a less-than-suitable solution. He tried to force us to accept the cheapest and shabbiest form of repair (which likely would have resulted in a perpetually damaged item) instead of the promised replacement. He went back on the word of the store manager, which I have email evidence of. Deann, the sales representative, was condescending and berated us repeatedly. She did not listen to any of our concerns and insisted that nothing was wrong with our furniture despite previous acknowledgement of the issue. She then pretended that she never saw emails where the store manager promised a proper replacement of the damaged item. After buying from high-end furniture stores for over three decades, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. There are numerous furniture stores in the area which have great customer service not only during the sale but after as well. If you'd like to simply buy a piece, one has to hope they never deal with the owner, Teliee, or the sales representative, Deann, after the sale. This was, by far, the worst customer service and experience I have ever experienced from any store.
