Thank you Bill for coming to our rescue on Monday! I awoke…read moreto water spraying all over the laundry room not to mention standing in an inch of cold water on the floor. They said if they lifted out the pressure pump, the pitless had a 50-65% chance of failure. This meant we'd have to dig up the well, replace the pitless, and fix the pressure issue at a cost of $6500. They also said they couldn't do anything now, because it was Friday and we might not have water for the weekend. They assured us they'd be here the following Monday. Monday came & they didn't show up. I called and was told they couldn't come, but maybe later in the week. If I didn't like that, I was advised to find someone else. Our water pressure kept dwindling, so we found Luke Land Well & Pump, and the owner was confident they could do it without digging, as they had plenty of experience with the pitless. Steve and Mark came on time the next day, with a call beforehand letting us know they were on their way. They were both friendly, professional, and clearly competent. They saw the issue and put us at ease, assuring us it was an easy job with no digging required. They finished in 3 hours, answering all our questions competently and in a way we could easily understand. Their quote was significantly less than what the other company told us. We strongly recommend them as our go-to team for all future well service needs.

Very Satisfied with their service... I'm putting these guys on speed dial!…read more Summary: I recently purchased an old home with a well system, and needed to have the well line and well electrical line rerouted inside of my crawl space. I was referred to Will County Well and Pump by a plumber after having a number of companies politely decline to do the work. I called Will County Well on a Saturday, they called me back on Monday, and they had someone out to me on Tuesday. The tech was timely, polite, and went straight to work. He rerouted the electrical work, installed a new pressure switch and gauge, and then advised me on what other parts of my system were in need of repair. He showed me that my pressure tank was full of water and on its last leg (which I was unaware of). I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on the more expensive, larger, pressure tank and told me the smaller one would work fine for the size of my house. He installed the new pressure tank which greatly improved the water pressure in my home. Lastly, he cleaned out the filter on my water softener, made sure the piping was done right, and ran a few restart cycles. Pros: 1) The technician had everything he needed to make repairs on his truck, which meant he didn't need to reschedule or leave the job and come back at a later time. 2) The technician provided a lot of information about my pump system that I would not have otherwise known. 3) The work performed was very reasonably priced. 4) Technician worked quickly... I think the entire job took about an hour and a half to two hours. 5) Union company... to have Union work done and not have to pay an arm and a leg, good stuff. Cons: After this visit, no complaint. Conclusion: Great, reasonably priced, company to call regarding inside and outside well work, and water softener systems.

I am quite certain they took advantage of my elderly family member and overcharged them big time to…read moreinstall a well pressure tank. $1600 seems rather high for, what I believe was a $600 tank that took less than 20 minutes to install.
