Two companies blindly assumed I was correct, one quoting many hundreds of dollars for the first treatment with a "necessary" round of additional treatments. Morgan trusted my identification, but presented a second possible candidate that was more likely given the time of year. And he noted that he'd be happy to come treat for the first type of bug, but with the latter they wouldn't need to treat at all. He said they'd go away on their own with a consistent temperature drop and wouldn't cause us any harm. He literally replied with honesty that would likely result in his not getting any business from us at all. That's the kind of integrity we don't see a lot of these days. Now Morgan's Pest Management is bookmarked for our go-to company. So, even though we've never used their services, they get five stars for integrity. And I suspect they'll live up to that integrity if (and most likely when) we need their services down the road.

When I contacted them about getting it fixed again I was told they no longer have a technician in my in my area and I would need to find another company to do the repair. I had a technician from another company come out (which cost $130). They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it wasn't through them and I would need to contact Sharper to see what could be done. When I called I was told that they DO in fact have a technician in my area and I need to schedule them to come out and do the repair in order to have the warranty honored. Obviously I said no since I had already paid the other company more than what the warranty would have covered. I'm pretty pissed off that I'm having to pay for a part that should've been covered with a warranty and I definitely won't ever use Sharper Service Solutions ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them either, you'll probably just get lied to like I was.

Chris came back on 4/14/26 and fully assembled the dryer and got the old Maytag working great with a new motor and blower. No extra charges for the visit/labor. Also he checked my dishwasher and showed me how to clean the food trap and did a quick inspection. Excellent service and we really like Chris and Stellar Appliance Repair! I am old school and do not like discarding and buying new - Chris can work with older mechanical appliances and give you his best opinion on whether to save or replace.
