Service was good to a point. Followup from Service Manager, Travis, and his boss, Paul, is horrible....... My freezer stopped making ice and wasn't cooling. Called Whirlpool and they had Cameron come out from Sharper Service. He knew right away what the problem was and we ordered the parts. He had the parts shipped to my home. Received that Friday, 2 days after he was there so great service there. He came back on Monday Feb 10, 2025 and installed the part noticing that there was a a lot of ice build up, he asked for a towel to catch the ice and water. There was a lot so I asked if he needed an other towel or bowls to put the ice in and he replied, no, the ctach pan underneith would catch the run off and evaporate.....so I took his word for it. The next morning, Feb 11, 2025, I walked into the kitchen to my surprise, water all over my floor. The catch pan is only so big and all the run off ended up overflowing onto my kitchen floor. So I called Sharpers and spoke with a operator and asked to have a tecch come back out to see what was going on.....I explained to her that all the runoff is now on my floor and need to get someone here asap as it's going to ruin my floor. So she tried to tell me that it was my fault......what?? Then she tried to tell me that a new ticket needed to be written. I was like no.....this happened from when your tech was here and him not taking the extra towels and bowls that I offered. Then she said we can have someone out by Thursday.....lol....omg, what part did she not understand that it is going to ruin my floor. I finally asked to speak with the manager, she was rude and said transfering you now and then the phone hung up. So I called 2 more times the same day and sked to speak to the Servixe Manager, Travis. I was informed that a message has been sent to him and he would be bacck to me that afternoon. Nothing....no phone call back , no messages, nothing. Called them again Feb 12, 2025 to speak to Travis, again told that he would contact me that afternoon. Again, nothing.....so called late afternoon, same thing. They finally sent the same tecch back out to get pics of the floor and how bad it was ruined. He sent the pics to Travis, called him and explained that Travis would be in touch with me.......here we are, 3 days later and a bunch of phone calls and still no calls from Travis. So on Friday morning, Feb 14, 2025, I called Sharpers again and this time asked to speak to Travis' boss, Paul. I was told that a message/email was sent to Paul and travis yet again and that they would make aure they got ahold of me that afternoon. As you could guess......no phone calls or messages from either one of them. I am being put off by them with the hopes I would let this drop. Not happening. My kitchen floor is ruined and needs to be refloored now.....I will not let this one go. We are talking big bucks to get it replaced. So next, try and find their info in Oregon and file a claim against their company.

Ice cleaned out by me at the bottom of the freezer in 15 min.

The technician arrived early, which irritated me as we can't handle early anymore than late but it was fine. He spent ages taking the dryer apart and then gave a huge estimate replacing the heating elements (which were never a part of our issue...) And many other things stating that the dryer was full of dust and a fire hazard. Well he left the a MESS. My ex husband disputed the charge due to unprofessionalism and plain misinformation. Trying to charge us almost $600 to repair the dryer that's nearly 8 years old. What my ex said is: After the technician came, I tried using the dryer, and couldn't. Initially, I discovered that it was because it had been left unplugged, so I plugged it back in. While plugging it back in, I found that the exhaust duct had not been reconnected, so I fixed that. THEN, I went to use it, and it wouldn't start - I was getting an error "dE", which is a fault for when the door is open. Except I was certain that the door was closed. In the end, I had to call out another company who resolved the issue by disassembling the machine again, and reconnecting the door sensor, which had been left disconnected by your technician. And that wasn't even the end of it! The belt had not been reconnected around the idler pulley, so the drum wouldn't have moved, even if none of the other issues weren't a problem! We had to hire a different company to fix all of your mistakes. I did speak to the office and I was told that the drier was a fire hazard but why was no one told that at our house? If it was SO unsafe?? They called me to find out if I had received their quote. And I said yes it was very high and there wasn't anything wrong with the heating elements. My ex may not be who I choose as a partner but I definitely trust his judgement and he said he didn't trust this company. In MY opinion they tried to overcharge us and convince us that there was something wrong that wasn't. I don't like deception or someone trying to take advantage. I cannot recommend them not just based on the attempt to overcharge but also in their response to my ex. Find a company that's honest. That's what we did. And they came behind these guys and cleaned up their mess. And left our dryer working great.

We have been VERY happy with the rapid response and professionalism of OMG. When our clothes washer…read morefailed, we were able to get their tech Anton to our house the same day. He worked very efficiently and gave me a detailed breakdown of what parts had failed, what would be involved in replacing it, how long it would take to get the needed parts, and exactly what the cost would be. When he returned with the needed parts a few days later, I asked if he could look at some issues we had with our kitchen stove, and he very kindly went over all the burners and the oven parts with me, going into the "innards" of the oven to diagnose in detail what was going on. He clearly explained what was going on with our clogged burners, clearing them on the spot, and showing me exactly what was going on with the main oven and broiler igniters (both of which clearly needed replacement; he took photos that showed exactly what was going on inside my oven). When it became clear that the broiler igniter was backordered, he went out on E-Bay to find one that could be delivered within a week. The full repair estimate was VERY reasonable and clearly conveyed to me - and it was less than half of what another appliance repair person had told us (without supporting details) when we tried to fix our stove before. I would heartily recommend OMG and their excellent tech Anton for any home appliance repairs - they're rock stars!!

They responded very quickly to my job…read morepost on Yelp for an oven repair project, and were very accommodating in providing a free estimate... most places charge you a flat fee just to provide an estimate. This was a refreshing start to a pleasant experience. The tech came out at the designated time, and was polite and efficient. They determined the likely issue and gave me an estimate shortly afterwards. It was a fair price and the details for the parts and labor were well detailed. The part took over a week to arrive via special order but the company kept me informed while we were waiting. As soon as the part arrived, we scheduled installation at a time that was convenient for me. On installation day, the tech called in advance to notify me of their anticipated arrival time. In trying to install the new part, it was determined that the issue was actually something related to the circuit board. Thankfully, the tech had a replacement version of the damaged part and installed it on the spot. I was then notified that the circuit board was much more expensive to replace but the tech honored the original estimate without any hesitation. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair service! You won't be dissatisfied given their fair prices, excellent communication and expert service. Thank you Fuse!
