Buyer Beware. I recently used this company to work on my refrigerator because it lagged a bit on hot days otherwise was fine. and that was a big mistake and wished i have never agreed to use them. After $406. invoice and a 30 day warranty, the appliance gave out completely after 5 weeks. I reached out to them and asked them to stand behind their job, they refused and said your warranty has already expired. Hard and expensive lesson. My advice: stay away and save your money. Go buy a used fridge on marketplace. read more

I used this company because they offered services through Yelp. I let them know exactly what the issue was that we were dealing with and what the signs we were seeing were. The technician arrived early, which irritated me as we can't handle early anymore than late but it was fine. He spent ages taking the dryer apart and then gave a huge estimate replacing the heating elements (which were never a part of our issue...) And many other things stating that the dryer was full of dust and a fire hazard. Well he left the a MESS. My ex husband disputed the charge due to unprofessionalism and plain misinformation. Trying to charge us almost $600 to repair the dryer that's nearly 8 years old. What my ex said is: After the technician came, I tried using the dryer, and couldn't. Initially, I discovered that it was because it had been left unplugged, so I plugged it back in. While plugging it back in, I found that the exhaust duct had not been reconnected, so I fixed that. THEN, I went to use it, and it wouldn't start - I was getting an error "dE", which is a fault for when the door is open. Except I was certain that the door was closed. In the end, I had to call out another company who resolved the issue by disassembling the machine again, and reconnecting the door sensor, which had been left disconnected by your technician. And that wasn't even the end of it! The belt had not been reconnected around the idler pulley, so the drum wouldn't have moved, even if none of the other issues weren't a problem! We had to hire a different company to fix all of your mistakes. I did speak to the office and I was told that the drier was a fire hazard but why was no one told that at our house? If it was SO unsafe?? They called me to find out if I had received their quote. And I said yes it was very high and there wasn't anything wrong with the heating elements. My ex may not be who I choose as a partner but I definitely trust his judgement and he said he didn't trust this company. In MY opinion they tried to overcharge us and convince us that there was something wrong that wasn't. I don't like deception or someone trying to take advantage. I cannot recommend them not just based on the attempt to overcharge but also in their response to my ex. Find a company that's honest. That's what we did. And they came behind these guys and cleaned up their mess. And left our dryer working great. read more

Glad your competitor was way more reasonable and appreciated all the information provided vs. being defensive and demeaning your customer for doing self own research to provide info. Original - This business had issue providing their fee quotes when we mentioned we had done some research so would like to understand what's the cost before hiring. We got lots push back and continued being pressured for a diagnosis trip regardless. It made us wonder if the business model might be to bank the diagnosis fees whenever possible. Funny how the owner can't even reply correctly (misspelled words and all) and doesn't try to resolve the issue if it was "recorded" I never once stated "why should I pay you to do your job" such a lie to try to sway the bad review I never given a 1 star in all my reviews and I stated clearly in my review why I gave a 1 star it was the other add on charges as stated ( 10$ take of top of dryer $5 take lint catcher out of dryer) and then tagged 120$ to install the part which I was fine with if that was the cost to install not the extra $155 to get to the part of installation! And I already know you just went of what she told you instead of listening to the call! This was an interesting situation for us, because Tim from ProSolution was on time and got right to work checking things out. After carefully checking everything he proceeded to not recommend a repair because the costs were a gamble for us and wouldn't necessarily fix the problem as several parts could be involved. We thought that was a very honest appraisal to warn us not to risk more money on a failing and complicated aging system and just start over with a new one. As it turned out though, we called another place who knew our brand well, and they thought they could fix things with a pricey part replacement, which they would guarantee. We went that route and spent the money, but only time will tell if it was a good investment. We were impressed with ProSolution's honest advice and do recommend them as an option. read more

When the hours say 24/7, they mean it! I sent a quote request at 2am expecting a message in the morning when I woke up but he really messaged back within 20 mins! My dryer had been making ridiculous screeching sounds every time it turned on. His responses were extremely prompt! Quickly coordinated a time to stop by the next morning. Was having issues with my dishwasher not cleaning properly. Scheduled the service consult with explanation of issue. Tech showed up and had no idea what type of job he was sent to do. After explaining the issue he looked at the dishwasher for about 5 minutes, did not disconnect or pull anything out, proceeded to be on his phone for the next 40 minutes and then texted me an invoice of the job while I was in the same room as him. Only vaguely explained the issue once I asked about it, started getting defensive when I questioned it being more expensive than just buying a new dishwasher with a warranty. He was there for an hour, only to find out they wouldn't even complete the job that day. Very odd experience and horrible customer service, not to mention all the outstanding invoice calls and texts you will constantly receive starting the same day as your consult. Ended up getting a 2nd opinion and the issue was fixed for less than this company's consult fee and I didn't even need an entire new pump and motor as they quoted me for. read more

UNBELIEVABLE! I had a Tech come out to address my dishwasher. The rope that attaches to the pull which lowers the door broke which caused my dishwasher to fall. The Tech who spoke little to no English came out and installed the rope. It took him roughly 25 minutes and was charged $217. Ok, thought it was expensive, but happy to have a functioning dishwasher. 2 days later, the rope broke again. Another Tech came out and said the rope was too long but was able to make it work. He said there is a 30 day guarantee, and I would not be charged. Later that day, I received a call from Pro Solutions saying i Have an outstanding balance of roughly $278. I explained that i just paid $217. The person on the other line said the rope was not the right length, so it was not their fault for the faulty repair. I went into great detail on how i mentioned it to the first Tech who basically did not acknowledge me or didn't understand me. He should have said he could not guarantee the repair but never said a word to me. I have been getting relentless calls saying I'm delinquent on payment and need it paid immediately. I've explained the same scenario 5 times, and each time I believed the matter was put to rest. This has been going on now since 8-26, and I just received another call from their collection department. Be carefully and get a written guarantee on work to be performed, otherwise, you will be hounded to death. read more

They tried to charge $600 inspection, I found out after the inspection. Competitor quoted $79 inspect 1st appliance, $39 2nd, $19 3rd etc... They mentioned no prices over the phone. Showed up and begun checking my appliances. I notice guy not mentioning prices on site either, so I told him "HEY BUD LMK WHAT YOU COME UP WITH" to hint I'd like to know the prices (who wouldn't???). Didn't imagine they'd decide to "repair" couple things without my price approval (wtf?) Came up to me - ok it's $2,400 to repair, or $600 diagnosis for today. WHAT?! Seems a new business who's in early stages thinks they can trick unsuspecting customers to pay them such amounts without the the basic ethics of "Hi, it's going to cost X, is this acceptable on you?" Ended up paying: $250 - TO REMOVE & WASH MY FRIDGE ICE MAKER (without me ever approving this!) *a whole new ice maker costs less than $100, they initially quoted $425 to fix it, saying a new one would cost more. BSing innocent customers, maybe. Not me. $150 - to clean my washer filter - (never approved this either, but they decide what to do and the cost, apparently I was never supposed to be a part of the decision making) God I was in an ok mode or I would have not treated them nicely for pulling these tactics on me. Did not appreciate it. I own a business in the service industry so NO ONE can BS me that this is even remotely ethical. What a mess of an experience. 2 stars and not 1 only because I have personal respect for service people due to running a service business. read more

Our experience was not good. The Tech probably doesn't have much experience with refrigerators. The freezer door was misaligned, but the tech thought it was a gasket issue. He gave the quote for gasket replacement, which made no sense. They just charged $115 for nothing. A different vendor fixed it by just adjusting the door rails. The gasket was in good shape and seals perfectly after the adjustment by a different vendor. Complete waste on money and time. read more

On the plus side, Timur is fast, efficient, and knowledgeable -- fixed our gas leak quickly. The only negative is that the yelp form available for the business to participate is not configurable by them -- which is why the response uses the phrase "price estimate" instead of "diagnosis fee". The "price estimate is actually just a diagnosis fee = the baseline fee to roll the truck to the job site and identify the issue. You should expect an actual repair estimate AFTER the diagnosis is complete. Overall, very pleased with ProSolutions. Not so pleased with Yelp. read more

Timur came to repair our Samsung Refrigerator. Once he took the back off of the refrigerator, he discovered that there had been a Freon leak. He took photos and texted them to me. He explained since the refrigerator was less than five years old, I can contact Samsung and they would repair the refrigerator for free. He told me to contact him to let him know how it went with Samsung. He could've easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me to refill the Freon. I also appreciated the fact that he texted me great photos I could send to Samsung and that he wanted me to text him if I had any problems with Samsung. I would recommend him to anyone.
