Enter Riegelmann's Appliance, just a short drive away from my new home. Their prices were good or better than the big box stores and the drawers that go underneath were available for less than half what I was quoted elsewhere. No, they were not the Whirlpool branded drawers but they were drawers, not appliances, and are sturdy enough to do the job. Even when I added a service agreement, the whole package was less than the big box quote and delivered within the week. Well done.

I have called multiple times and always get the same office person who tells me he is taking care of it and that a check is in the mail, blah, blah, blah. In my opinion, she is just as guilty for knowing what is happening and lying on his behalf. She must be related to him, as she justifies his fraud. perpetuates This man should be arrested for the scam he perpetuates on multiple customers. It's disgusting that I will have to file a small claims court against him. There is no integrity, morals, or justification for this behavior.

He does not take credit cards so I wrote a check to Gresham Appliance even though he would have preferred to have it made out to him. He didn't have a receipt book. He came a week later to install the motor. Still no receipt. The part didn't work so he came back again and said he would order another. Still no receipt. He came back and said he had not installed the motor correctly and he fixed it. Still no receipt. Since then I've made six phone calls to the office asking for a receipt. I got all kinds of excuses from the woman answering the phone. His father in law was sick, he's been busy, he thought he gave it to me. I hired Davyd to fix an unusual buzzing noise coming from my dishwasher's motor. He quoted a $79…read morediagnostic fee. He came to my house, a young guy, friendly enough. I asked if he wanted to hear the sound. He did not. I left him to it. 35 or so minutes later, he said that he cleaned debris from the pumps, showed me a shard of glass, and when I listened to it running for a few seconds, the sound seemed to be gone. Great. Then he said it would be $245, his minimum labor charge. That sounded rather steep to me. He lowered it to $220 (after pretending to text a boss, which I don't think he has), but that was still more than I felt was fair for the work he did. The next time I ran a load of dishes the sound was there again. I emailed him, attaching a short video of the noise happening, and he wrote that he would come by to check it out. I asked for times that would work for him, and at that point he stopped replying. After that, I asked for a partial refund. Again, no response. I feel a bit ripped off, paying $220 when the problem wasn't even resolved. So, no, I cannot recommend Davyd/PDX Repair. I suggest looking for a more honorable, experienced appliance repair person, as I will the next time I need one.

Octavio was very friendly and professional as soon as we show up. We called ahead of time and choose the option to bring the Washer Machine ourselves to speed up the process. Octavio ask us what was the problem and as soon we we explained he pinpointed the potential problem. After we left our contact info, he personally called within a few hours SURPRISING us that it was fixed. It turns out that the part needed to be replaced it was on stock with then (the water pump) what a relief that was to have a washer fixed the same day. The part took over a week to arrive via special order but the company kept me informed while we were waiting. In trying to install the new part, it was determined that the issue was actually something related to the circuit board. Thankfully, the tech had a replacement version of the damaged part and installed it on the spot.
