I had a sneaky leak…read morefrom my ice maker and called a plumber to fix it and he said I had some extensive water damage because it has gone into the floor and he recommended I call my insurance and they recommended a few restoration places and I chose ServPro. NATE, MIGUEL and EFREN Were amazing, they did the removal of the floor and checked for any other damage such as walls, etc. They were very respectful of my personal items, also were as quiet as they could be because I work from home. And what out the extra bling on my review is they were aware of my scared kittens. I could go on and on but the stars say it all. Brenda

Outstanding Service from a True Local Family Business! I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service I received from A+ Carpet Cleaning. As a small, family-owned business local to the Portland area, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the very first phone call, Chantal was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She responded to my follow-up email promptly and with the same level of care. When I explained my situation, Mike (the owner) personally squeezed me into his already busy schedule for the very next day -- even driving out of his way to my home in Sandy. The travel fee was more than worth it for the quality of service I received. I had a particularly tough biohazard pet stain (not urine, but still a real challenge). I had already tried cleaning it three times myself with a home carpet shampoo vacuum with zero success. Mike assessed the situation right away, recommended the perfect combination of services and products for my specific issue, and completely resolved it. The results were incredible -- the stain and odor are completely gone. A+ Carpet Cleaning delivered excellent, professional work from start to finish. If you're in the Portland area and need carpet cleaning you can trust, look no further. I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again!

Adams' Carpet just stretched our carpets and they look amazing! It's better than new. The…read moreowner/contractor is Adam Dehart. He is professional, friendly and works tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect. He prefers to give an in-house bid/estimate (which is very reasonable) and is very informative about what needs to be done and why. He does not use a knee kicker on big jobs (which are only good for small areas), but uses a power stretcher-so your entire carpet stays stretched for much longer & his seams are excellent! Adam also cleaned up nicely afterwards, wore a face covering and was very repectful. He quoted us on a few areas and ended up doing more than he said he would because he wanted it done right! Talk about old school exceptional service & professionalism! He does carpet installation, cleaning, repairing, stretching-anything to do with carpet & upholstery. He is very honest, takes pride in his work and is reasonably priced. We will use this company in the future. NOTE: There are 2 Adams Carpets- this one is Adams Carpet Upholstery Cleaning & Repair, Adam Dehart. Call him for a free estimate, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!
