I wish I could tell you I had a good time in my slingshot but I can't. I called to ask questions…read more Abner said you only renting for two hours it's not worth it to deliver. Although online it says it's free delivery. He said I can deliver for $25 but you have to return to my office when you're done. Then he said oh you have to come to downtown Miami to get sling shot at a different address than the one stated. Told me to take an Uber and he will take cost off the price of slingshot. Than said the first hour of gas is free after that it's $10 an hour once again online said gas included in price. I gave up after that, however he kept texting me trying to bargain which I thought was strange for a business. He even sent me a video of his office which I added. Stay away from here. Horrible. Stay away!…read more Be very careful when dealing with this company as they have a strict zero refund policy. I booked a 3-hour jet ski rental for $450, expecting an exciting adventure. However, my experience was quite the opposite. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Once I finally got on the boat and reached the jet skis, I was shocked to find out that the area they allow you to ride in is extremely small--less than the size of a baseball field. They shouldn't allow you to book for more than 1 hour if the location restriction is that extreme. This severely limited the experience and became monotonous after just 40 minutes. I left soon after, feeling like I had wasted $450. This place is nothing more than a tourist trap. I hope someone reads this review and avoids making the same mistake I did.
