We were taken in a smaller boat to the big boat. We were strapped in and off in no time. Got some good pictures and would do it all over again. I accidentally missed my reservation time since they recommend you show up 30 minutes earlier, but they had an opening the next morning and booked me free of charge for a morning flight. The whole process was super fun and they give you 100+ photos of your flight in super good quality. They have a little shed where I was able to store my stuff before getting on the boat. Awesome experience!! My first time parasailing. The guys are the beach we're soo friendly, welcoming and a blast! They made sure we were ready to have fun. Can't really say the same for the 2 guys on the boat. They seemed pretty much over it and the day had barely begun. I was EXTREMELY nervous so we let the dad and son who were on the boat go ahead of us lol I'm glad we did because we got a nice boat ride around Miami. We opted for the photo package. This wasn't necessary as the guy literally took 25 random pics of us in the sky that were so dark you wouldn't be able to tell it was us if you tried. We got maybe 4 good pictures on the boat. We could have honestly brought our phones on the boat and asked for him to take our pictures to save a couple dollars. All is well though! I would definitely recommend South beach Parasail! Ahhhhhh! I can't believe I actually did this. I am soooo scared of sharks and all the oceans mysterious creatures. My husband convinced me to do this so we gave it a shot. It was one of the best experiences ever. It began checking in and signing the waiver. The gentlemen were so personable and down to earth. They made me feel at ease. We put on our life vest and went on a tiny boat to the bigger boat (don't know specific names) we hopped on and they set us up. We got the picture package so he started snapping pictures of us on the boat as we waited to buckle up. Once we were ready & set sail the butterflies in my stomach went crazy! It was such a beautiful experience seeing the ocean and the shoreline. It was an unexplainable view. We even saw a turtle in the water! I am so happy we did this. read more

85$ per person, but WORTH IT! We didn't make a reservation ahead of time but they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Their spot is so easy to find with the red umbrellas. I was so nervous being that this was my first time going parasailing but the employees were very helpful explaining everything. I can assure you that they will ease your nerves. You get about 10-15 mins in the sky but whole trip took about an hour or so depending how many people you have in your boat. It was such an amazing experience although I felt a little nauseous in the air when it was swaying back and forth but most of the ride was steady. My husband and I decided to go to Miami for our honeymoon last year and were determined to try para-sailing while there! Unfortunately summer months in Miami are the rainy months! But luck had decided to give us a chance as our last full day in Miami it was a hot sunny beautiful day! perfect for para-sailing! To be honest, we got lost looking for this place on the beach because it's only advertised by it's ''red umbrellas'' but eventually after 1/2 hour of walking the beach we found it. Once we got ourselves ready, we had to sign some waivers and were lucky enough to catch a group just as they were getting ready to board the boat, so we didn't have to wait long. The experience itself is incredible.. you've never seen an amazing view of Miami until you've flown in the air above it. We were up in the air for about 10-15 minutes with 2 dunks into the water which was nice considering it was very hot out! The crew was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately I did experience some seasickness after we got seated in the boat and the next group got loaded up. Completely not the crews fault as we were in a speedboat. They were nice enough to offer me some bottled water.. I guess I looked a little green! If you go before 11 am, you get $10 off each person so it's only $65 per person. Plus you can purchase a photo package for $30 and you get TONS of photos on a keepsake memory card (which they put inside a plastic case, how convenient!) Our photographer took at least 40 photos of us! We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends travelling to Miami. One thing I would change, have lockers available for people to store their stuff. You could either a)leave your bags unattended in a box at the ''red umbrella check ins'' or b)take them on the speedboat where they can get wet. 5/5 :) read more

We checked in with Rob and Andrew and they were so patient with me and made sure my purse didn't go missing while I was in the air. Both very professional, had great sense of humors and super cute! Noah and Pablo were amazing on the water and made me feel safe the entire time. Noah is great at driving the boat and making the experience in the air unforgettable. We made reservations easily online and they were very proactive about reaching out regarding location changes, etc. Even though we were late, they made sure to wait and were very efficient/professional throughout the experience. For those of you who have never parasailed: It is literally the most relaxing thing in the world. You're literally sitting in a harness high above the water just taking in the views. The only thing I wanted to mention is that I thought the price ($75 per person) was a little steep considering that air time was only around 10 minutes. Went parasailing on 1/15. It was My boyfriends and my first time parasailing and we had such an amazing time. Pinky drove us to the boat and made us feel at ease with his jokes and reassuring us we would have a good time. The 2 men driving the boat were also amazing (i wish i knew their name i just know one of them did tell us a story of his dad growing up in Orland park) those 2 men made parasailing very enjoyable and kept us entertained through the whole experience. My niece turned 13, and I wanted an amazing adventure for her. Jared and Adam gave her a photoshoot ( first alone in gear, then in water), that made her feel like a rockstar! She then asked to be dipped more than once, and they dipped and dragged to the side, and took magnificent pictures! Adam and Jared clearly had our best interests at heart. They were very professional, and we felt very safe and taken cate of. Adam never took his eyes off the parasail, and gave us hand signals, to make sure we were comfortable. Next, you take a small little boat to the bigger boat where you parasail. I was lucky enough only to be with one other group so we were only on the boat for their ride. My close friend and I are visiting from New York and we are more than happy we decided to parasail! We reserved our spot in advance online along with the waiver which was quick and easy. We also got the early bird special for 11AM along with the photo package. There were two groups on the boat with us and thank the Lord they were very friendly and chill. We got to talk and laugh together. The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. I felt very safe with them. When you're up on the parasail, it is VERY peaceful. My friend and I looked at the beautiful blue water below us and also the scenery around. I'm honestly scared of heights but this is something I'd wanna experience again. We took the earliest appt of the day for the discount. We're early risers so we laid out on the beach for the sunrise prior to because I read other reviews about it possibly being hard to find. Let me start off by saying miami is amazing. Me and the gf decided to try parasailing simce we love to try new things. I looked through yelp and this place had the best reviews. I called and spoke to Dan. He was very friendly and informative. We made an appointment at 11am several days later. The morning of, we got a call from Dan letting me know the water wasn't really cooperative for the day. He let us know the next day was going to be perfect so we rescheduled. I was happy he told us ahead of time and made sure our experience was going to be the best one. The following day we arrived about 30 minutes early to the beach where they are located. (Look for red umbrellas!) we signed waivers and got on a raft that led us to the boat. The experience was amaZing! The experience is about 15 minutes long in the air and you could see the entire beach and miami! I must tell you that you need to Atleast try this once. We had a go pro and it captured Everythjng! If you don't have one, they offer you a photo package for only 30$. The guys on the boat were friendly and talkative. We were able to see turtles in the clear water below. The total for the experience was $75 a person. Again, try this out if you are in Miami! read more

We were the last group to go up, they do save the best for last, right? The rest of the people on the boat were friendly and awesome. Enjoy the view and boat ride before/after you go up. The guys are knowledgable and SUPER friendly. The sail itself, is amazing and unlike anything else. It is about 10 minutes and you get a small dunk in the water towards the end. You just relax up there and enjoy the view. One disappointment: The photos. They do take a lot of them but they're really not great. Most are blurry and really couldn't find a photo I was completely happy with. Should have just asked someone on the boat to take a few. read more

One of the most beautiful activities I have ever gotten to do. This was my first time parasailing and it was great being able to do so in Miami. They take up to three riders at a time. I have seen most people do two but you can also go solo as well. The flight itself takes about 13 minutes but since other participants ride in the speedboat as you are parasailing, the whole activity goes for about 45-50 minutes. The staff that operates the boat are very friendly and make you feel comfortable especially if it's your first time. While on the boat they play music and take pictures if you want to purchase an album (well worth it!). The 13 minutes you are up in the sky actually feels like a much longer time and you actually get your money's worth from all the beautiful views of south beach. This is a must if you are looking for an activity to do in Miami! read more

These guys are the best. They managed to sneak me in on a last second parasail during sunset right before my flight. The view was spectacular and the staff were SO friendly. They were super up beat. Everybody was smiling and laughing the entire time and they seemed to know everybody at the docks. I felt like part of a big family by the end everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Service was 11/10. Bring a camera and don't worry about getting wet. You will most likely stay dry. I'm giving 4 stars on customer service alone. We never got to parasail because rain rolled in. There was a young man at the beach greeting parasailers. He was so nice and friendly, answered all our questions and kept us posted when the rain began to become a threat. We had a choice to either try and wait it out, reschedule, or full refund. He waited patiently for my group of 8 to make up our minds. We ended up getting the refund which was processed immediately, no hassle. I've to wait a few days for bank processing but other than that we're good. read more

A great experience. The weather was not the best. A little chilly. But when my friend and I saw the parasailers in the sky we decided to do it as well since we didn't have anything planned for our vacation. Once we signed up we had to wait 20 minutes. So we decided to play in the water. Came back to where we had to meet in 30 minutes. Don't worry, they didn't leave us. For 2 people it's $150. To have pictures taken, add $30. It's a great experience, calming and fun. I suggest parasailing with someone rather than going by yourself. Ask them to dunk you in the water towards the end. That part was fun. Minus 1 star for the pictures. I'm assuming the camera guy doesn't know how to use the ZOOM button. When my friend and I were up in the air we looked like dots in the pictures. I've gone parasailing before and in the past the photographer did an awesome job of zooming in to see our faces while I was up in the air. read more
