Last time I went jet skiing I was in a lake where I could see the land if need be.... yea and it was my idea to go jet skiing while on vacation.. I know, doesn't make sense. We found this spot on google and they were the best price ($120 per person on their own jet ski for an hour. ) they also had same day availability. We had called around to a few other places and they couldn't accommodate 3 people. This place texted us when they were running a little late and communicated very well in general. I will say, when we got on this little brown boat I was thinking, oh shit, this is so sketchy.. I was wrong. The people working it was great. We were all talking and having a great time. Our jet skis weren't ready right away so they gave us a little tour of the area. We saw a lot of houses that belong to famous people. There were a lot of other people with Jet skis out and there were a lot of boats out. After about 10 minutes we went to this little dock thing in the middle of the ocean area and we got on jet skis. Our instructor was really informative. Once on the jet skis they told us how to ride it and all of that ( we had life vests on too). We all rode slowly to this more open area and then our instructor was out... pole was going hella fast. And ofcourse my friends were too. I on the other hand was going 25mph and was fine. I didnt like that the instructor kept going reallly far knowing I cant swim and I was scared. He kept coming near me after a while telling me to go faster. But I was going at the speed I was comfortable at. There was a lot of people and there were a lot of waves and movement in the water. The water wasn't calm so I was scared. It was annoying that he kept leaving and then telling me I'm making his job difficult. I'm not going to remove a star for that because while I thought that wasn't okay, I had a great time jet skiing. I had a good experience. My boyfriend and friend had a great time. There was one point where we had about 20 minutes to ourselves in this open area and he stood still on his jet ski so we can ride around. The waters were more calm in that area and it was fun to go faster.

We also had time to jump out and just chill in the water for a bit. He took a lot of pictures and videos of us and sent them via airdrop. Overall pleasant experience after the rocky start.

Al (owner) was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. He told me about his yacht (Maryam) and I was eager to hop on board! The day of my charter, I got there a little early as instructed, and was greeted by an extremely friendly captain and an immaculate yacht. When I tell you this was the nicest yacht I've ever been on, that is an understatement. Beautiful hardwood floor, state of the art sound system, and the best lighting on any yacht in the water; Yacht Maryam did not miss in any way! The stew was also super friendly and took care of all my needs as fast as they could. They offered us a personal chef as well, and he was absolutely incredible!!! 5 start meals being cooked while we were enjoying the Miami views, there's just nothing like it. Luckily, it wasn't too far from the Four Seasons, where I was staying. I was apprehensive initially waiting at the Marina, because I couldn't tell where the boat was, where the staff was, how was this boat a cruise or party boat, etc.. Well, shortly thereafter, we were all told to line up and board and a lot more people appeared, and things began to fall into place. I opted to sit on the outside to catch some great views. I helped myself to wine (white and red) that was gratis, free! They also offered beer and sodas aboard the boat. They had vegetables, fruits, crackers cheeses, cookies, and chips, I believe. It was an excellent deal that I purchased on Groupon, that was well worth the $38 dollars. Well, it was on sale that day for $31 per person, but the typical rate is $38. The ride was about two hours and you will sail past million row and get to see celebrities houses. The boat will head back after that. During the course of the ride music was playing, mostly reggae, but a little merengue and rap as we returned to the dock. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone seemingly had a good time. FYI: once you return and exit the boat-- a staff member will be there with a flashlight for your safety (watch your step exiting the boat) also to collect tips for their hard work during the cruise. I would definitely recommend.

My friends and I all purchased our tickets through Groupon for the jet boat and made our reservation within the same day without a problem. Our Uber driver had a slight issue with dropping us off, since he did not understand what we meant when we asked to be dropped off behind the Marriott hotel which made me think that we would miss the boat ride but surprisingly we arrived just in time. Check in was easy and it wasn't long before we'd arrived that it was actually time to get on the boat. Just a fair warning you do get very wet and the boat ride is pretty fast but your instructor will give you a cue when to hold on tight and when it is safe to have your phones out to take pictures and or record.
