They are not to be trusted with your security deposit. They lead you to believe the Security Deposit is in case you break your 6 month term, however it's conveniently set up for them to say this. From their contract, read quoted: " SECURITY DEPOSIT ______________Applied to last month with 30 days advanced written notice of departure. No exceptions! " What does that even mean! They never express verbally and more importantly written in the contract that your security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. UNLESS you use it towards your last month's rent. Therefore, they are clearly trying to deceive you. NOT COOL. I am out of $856. dollars because they want to steal customer's hard earned money."No exceptions! I stated in a proper email requesting my deposit back, that their contract is unfair, not forthcoming and I believe to be UNLAWFUL. THEY COULD CARE LESS. They will not return my deposit. SHAME ON THEM! I thought about taking them to court, but it's not a good use of my time and energy, so I will vent here. Because I am fair, not deceitful like their contracts. I will also state the positive. Other than their deceitful deceitful contract. Did I mention deceitful contract? The marina is a decent place to store your boat. I was there for over 7 months, the only item that left me with a very bitter end to the experience was the trickery in contract. NOT COOL.

We had an awesome experience today on the banana boat! Kenny was our operator, and he really made…read morethe day memorable. After our first ride, a few members of our family decided they were done because they wanted a calmer ride. Since there wasn't anyone waiting, Kenny offered to take the rest of us back out at no extra charge and really show us what the banana boat was meant to be. He let it rip! We got bounced around, laughed the whole time, and had an absolute blast. He was friendly, professional, safe, and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. They place needs to hire more people like him!!
