Make sure to get the online temporary boating license in order to jet ski. It's about $10 & 25 questions. We booked the day of, about a couple hours before our session started. Very appreciative that there was a slot open because many other companies did not have any openings for the day of. Staff was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way, even though it wasn't our first time jetskiing, it was still nice! They also take pictures and videos of you while you jet ski & can send them to you for a small fee. Parking: lots of parking available. Tucked in Pelican Harbor Marina.

It's always 75 degrees outside so it's always a good time to go jet skiing!!! I fell in love with jet skiing and had the best time ever. We rode for an hour and man hit those waves felt so good making the time pass by so fast. A nice thing the instructor did was take pictures of us as we rode the jet skies. Which I thought was a nice touch so we can always remember that time out in Miami riding jet skies!! They also provide boat rentals with a captain so you can cruise with ease. I definitely will be coming back for a ride on the ocean!

The jet skiing service was terrible. The staff were really rude and had an attitude from the start…read more There wasn't much space to drive on the jet skis either since they didn't let us go out into the ocean that far. The worst part was when one of the guys deliberately splashed us while we were on the banana boat, and because we had to sit in the front, our eyes were burning from all the water. It completely ruined what should've been a fun outing. We were not able to have a nice experience. Definitely don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other places with better service

Booyah Watersports Guides : Neo, & Luke were fun, but also they were exceptionally patient with us,…read moreas we did have one firsttime rider on the JetSki, whom might have, at first, been apprehensive, or timid to go very fast on the Jetski. I'd highly recommend getting there, as soon as they open, in the morning hours, because the morning will be less busy, plus less windy. Afternoon hours are prone to maybe more sunburn, especially if you buy the hourly package. But, if it's maybe your first time on a Jetski, thirty minute packages will be barely enough time to get completely used to the gas throttles, & gear handles. You might see some sealife, out there, like manatees, which is a surprising added bonus ! I'd recommend, bringing with you a Hero Video Camera, or another Hands- Free Photo Device, in order to capture proper photos/ videos safely while simultaneously steering the Jetski. Because, Booyah does not offer professional photo ops, included in their packages. Summing up, Jetski Guides: Neo & Luke were over the top, giving helpful suggestions, friendly, professional, patient & attentive! Booyah Watersports is a brief hop, skip, over the sand from the Boardwalk, close to Miami-Fountainebleau's beach access gate. I'd highly recommend Guides Neo, Luke & Booyah Watersports to any future Jetski enthusiasts, whether beginner or advanced! We will definitely return! Thank you, Jim & Joyce

We were sold on a boat that looked incredible- nicely decorated, very lit up, ample food/drinks, and none of that was the case or existed. The boat was like a ferry from Disney world with no lighting, no cocktail tables, ran out of beer in the first 20 min. They were less than accommodating to the fact that this was a surprise party and started with guests when they were trying to board the boat AT THE BOARDING time. The bartenders and servers were told not to take tips from any guests as we were taking very generous care of them at the end (well they took tips lied to us and still took our 25% gratuity). The owner of the company promised me all of these things to make it right after the fact via email, and then ghosted me (that was all nonsense too). I have pictures and screenshots to show all of these things. Stay far away from this company.

I wish I could give them a ZERO star however hopefully my review will save someone from these…read moreCROOKS! They stole $3852 of my money. I started my conversation at 10:33am trying to find something for 12:00pm. (I've chartered a few yachts from Miami - one for my 50th with approximately 100 guests and a private solo tour which was a last minute decision) I was very animate about needing the boat to be on time because my sister needed to get back to Orlando to catch a flight. I initially spoke to Tania Padilla who said they couldn't do 12:00pm however they could accommodate 1:00pm tour. She also quoted me a rate of $2800 which was within my range only to tell me an hour later she misquoted me...by this time we didn't have much time to try to find another vessel so I went for it. I should have known then they were NOT HONEST PEOPLE. We got there at 12:28pm for a 1:00pm charter. Jeff from the dock took my information and at that time told me we had too many people (13 adults and one 2 month old). Tania never told me this until Jeff from the dock said something. She calls me acting as if she told me 12 was the minimum on a 64ft vessel. This was not the case but nonetheless we made a decision to to leave one behind because she said they could push it to 13. Then Jeff inquires about our charter and walks away as he is talking. He proceeds to help another couple who walked up so I ask him when were we leaving he says the charter company said they're not scheduled to get there until 2:00pm. After lengthy conversations from these crooks Tania had someone named Philippe call me...I keep telling them anything after 1:00pm was too late. Jeff (the dock guy) continued to tell me that they were not scheduled until a 2:00pm arrival according to the captain. He even so rudely to said do you see them out there?! At this point we had to leave because of my sister's flight. JUST BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I tried to cancel the day before my reservation (well before the 24hr timeframe due to scheduled bad weather with rain and lightning). Joey said my "reasoning wasn't valid enough" and I should wait until the time of my schedules reservation before he could refund me my money. After I quoted him the cancellation policy (doesn't have any stipulations regarding cancellations for weather) he still refused to refund my money. After sitting on the phone for 14 minutes arguing with Joey about his cancellation policy i hung up. I recorded our phone conversation to show my bank I did follow the 24 hr cancellation policy and was denied a refund after Joey broke his own cancellation policy. I ended up disputing the charge.
