THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!…read more My family and I arrived to ride jet skis. We paid our deposit through a third-party who already refunded us however, Miami Watersport upon arrival told us that we needed to immediately pay to secure our spot. Three minutes later it started raining and they advised us that they were closing down for the day and they would not be able to refund us. Why in the world would y'all ask people to pay for something that y'all know y'all can't provide service services for. I will be leaving a review on every single platform to advise people how much of a scam this place is. And we will be seeking further legal action. The staff is absolutely rude and their Customer Service is awful. This place really needs to be shut down.

Horrible experience. They scammed & robbed us. Below is a summary breakdown…read more - Old & dangerous Jet Skis: they lied to us & said they had new jet skis. When we got there we noticed all the skis were 5+ years old, damaged, slow & unsafe to ride. - They robbed us: before getting on the jet skis they offered to hold our belongings that we didn't want to take on the ski & get wet. Car keys, sunglasses, wallets, etc. Upon return we noticed we were missing all our cash from wallets & one expensive pair of sunglasses. Totaling about $900. - They scammed us: before getting on the jet skis they said we couldn't take our cellphones. Why? Because they didn't allow customers to take their own pictures & videos. Instead they (without our knowledge or permission) flew their own drone & used their own cameras to take pictures of us. Upon return they offered to then sell us the pics / vids for $40 per person. This is a shady way to squeeze more money out of customers. - Creepy employee: one of their employees followed us around the ocean unbelievably close the entire time. He was creepy & was staring at us the entire time. We were not allowed to talk to each other, stop & relax or pass each other while riding. This creepy employee would follow us around & yell at us for slowing down, going too fast or talking. - Dangerous: they don't allow customers to take their cellphones as a means to prevent them from being able to take their own pics/vids. They instead fly their own drone to take pics/vids of the customer without their permission to then sell to them later. In our case their drone got dangerously close to us too many times. Our ski ride was not fun because we had to constantly deal with a loud drone getting too close to us. This is not just dangerous but also a privacy issue. I wouldn't recommend this business. We went to have fun & relax but ended up leaving annoyed, angry & robbed.

- I let staff know I was running late and they still were able to accomodate for me…read more- they take drone footage of you as soon as you're out on the water (Thank you Sebastian), footage & photos $60-70 usd - friendly staff - great value catch a morning ride for discount

I rented a yacht for a group of friends for my husbands birthday. The experience with Mari was…read morefantastic from start to finish. She is always available and very responsive which is huge for me when I am planning anything. She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Captain Joe was so much fun. I will definitely be doing this again and will use Starlux in the future.

Although she may take…read morea bit to respond, just know that Mari's got your back (most likely because she is getting the best deal she can for you!). I would recommend calling (vs. text) for faster response times. Mari was able to help our group of 30+ book a very luxurious yacht for a reasonable price. We also opted in for an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. To be honest, the food was better than anyone expected and no one was left hungry! The yacht also had Bluetooth connectivity for music but our group was able to bring our own music equipment to play on the deck. We also let the captain know before we set sail that we would like to jump in the water and he was able to dock mid-way to give everyone the opportunity to swim. The crew in general delivered exceptional service and helped create an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation throughout our voyage. This yacht charter was definitely the highlight of our group's trip and I highly recommend booking with Mari for an unforgettable and 5 star yachting experience.

Than said the first hour of gas is free after that it's $10 an hour once again online said gas included in price.
