The experience was advertised as three hours with unlimited food and drinks, so I figured, why not? Parking was pretty easy. I parked at Bayside Marketplace and walked over from there. Let's start with the GOOD because the boat crew was easily the highlight of the experience. Everyone was super friendly, laid-back, accommodating, and entertaining throughout the entire trip. They really worked to get everyone to loosen up, mingle, and have a good time. By the end, people were definitely enjoying themselves! They also delivered on the "unlimited" part. There was plenty of food and drinks available throughout the trip, so you could absolutely get your fill. Now for the areas that could use some work. Check-in was pretty disorganized. It wasn't clear where we were supposed to wait, who we needed to speak with, or exactly how the check-in process worked. A little more organization and signage would make a BIG difference. The drinks were also extremely watered down. I know we're on a boat, but I didn't expect the cocktails to contain this much additional ocean. I could barely taste any alcohol. Seating was another issue. There simply wasn't enough for the number of people booked, so there were plenty of times when I was standing around. I understand the experience is designed for people to mingle, dance, and hang out, but having more places to sit would definitely improve the three-hour experience. Finally, the food was pretty limited and basic. We had wings, hot dogs, and chips, and the quality of the wings in particular wasn't great. When something is advertised as unlimited food, I wasn't expecting fine dining, but a little more variety and quality would go a long way. Despite those issues, I DID have fun, and a huge part of that was because of the crew. They really made the experience enjoyable. Would I book Miami On The Water again? Maybe. With a smoother check-in process, better drinks, improved food, and more seating, this could easily be a much better experience. But that crew? They were awesome!

We confirmed the weather conditions and meeting location the day before. Next day we were met promptly as 11:50 am to sign papers and head out to the waterfront. We were taken to a little island not far off from the shore, from where the pilot/ owner Tony picked us up. (Noon) The tour on a sea boat was incredible! Tony shared history, facts and stories about Miami and Florida. The 1 hour flight to Keys was breathtaking. Different shades of blue as far as the eye can see, blues blending in with sky, sky's with water! When we got to the keys, Tony paid 50$ toward our lunch. The food at the restaurant was great. Lots of seafood options. In about an hour we were headed back. Same fun experience on the way back, we saw more things, boat races, sharks, cruise ships, etc. Overall we were really happy with our experience. Flying on a little plane that also floats on water was already an amazing (& safe ) thing. It put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of what was to come. We got to see so much from the bird eye view of Miami and Florida. It's a great idea for people coming to Florida for their first time, or for those who want to see another side of Florida.
