Such a smooth process and come prepared with the temporary boating license which can be found on their website. It was my first time, but the crew gave good instructions and helped us on our way. Melvin even let us store our things with him. Price: there's no hidden fees or security deposit. The price includes everything. It even includes 2 beach chairs for the day which was nice. Jet ski: new Yamaha jet skis and you have such a wide area to jet ski in the water.

I'd highly recommend getting there, as soon as they open, in the morning hours, because the morning will be less busy, plus less windy. Afternoon hours are prone to maybe more sunburn, especially if you buy the hourly package. But, if it's maybe your first time on a Jetski, thirty minute packages will be barely enough time to get completely used to the gas throttles, & gear handles. You might see some sealife, out there, like manatees, which is a surprising added bonus ! I'd recommend, bringing with you a Hero Video Camera, or another Hands- Free Photo Device, in order to capture proper photos/ videos safely while simultaneously steering the Jetski. Because, Booyah does not offer professional photo ops, included in their packages. Summing up, Jetski Guides: Neo & Luke were over the top, giving helpful suggestions, friendly, professional, patient & attentive! Booyah Watersports is a brief hop, skip, over the sand from the Boardwalk, close to Miami-Fountainebleau's beach access gate. The beach guys who run it were fun and informative. If you were born after 1/1/88 you have to get a boating license which is $10 and is accessed by a QR code. They kept an eye on us to make sure we were safe and when we flipped our jet ski they were there immediately to help. The good: This was a 3-4 star experience. I booked a…read moresnorkeling tour for 2 for my husband's birthday thru their website. It was easy to book and they had lots of availability. The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

I called several times prior to booking to make sure the group could stay together. They ensured we could ans had us book online. When we get there day of they add $30 per person port fees plus tax. No where on website does it mention port fees. We had to wait to get taken to the skis and our group got separates half of the group was left ah doc the entire time the first half was at sea. Not to mention we book two hour ride and they don't let u ride two hours they they take you out 30 Min each way on a boat to get to the skis then only give u an hour ride time. When I tried to address with Yury, we were told the owner would call us and never did. My son didn't realize when he got there the amount he was being charged of the deposit I already paid so we got suckered out of an extra $200 dollars.
