Markham has these and so much more. When I first got to South Florida I came out this way for bike rides. Although it's very famous for its off road courses, biking the paved roads of the park is great as well. I've also used the range here, solid. But over the past couple years, we have come out here for the disc golf. It's a great course. Tough holes that feel very makable but still can humble most that play it. There are many other things to include a RC boats and RC planes areas, but whatever you mind come out West by, you are bound to enjoy Markham.

I explained to the service tech what was wrong and he immediately tried to sell me a $450-$500 full bike service. Absolutely INSANE. When I told him that I didn't really want to spend that much and asked if he'd consider addressing just the rear hub, he completely lost interest. I walked out, went to Alex's Bicycle shop just up the road in Weston. They knew exactly what was wrong, quoted me ~$50 for the job and would call me if anything changed. Less than 24 hours later they called to tell me my bike was done. They replaced the rear cassette for $40 and charged me $15 for labor. Trek service department is just shameful. Predatory service tactics like a greasy mechanic shop trying to upsell. BUYER BEWARE!

Then the guy tells me he doesn't do repairs on 3rd party parts??? The tires are direct from specialized? How is that 3rd party?? If you ride SPECIALIZED, DO NOT GO TO THIS BIKE SHOP!!! I've worked as a bicycle messenger in NYC for 10 years, & I've been to hundreds of bicycle shops. The guy running the shop is rude, & condescending overall. He'll only do repairs when he's selling you his own 3rd party parts... Response to the condescending owner: Imagine this, you moved to Florida from NYC a year ago but still don't have a car, & ride a bicycle everywhere. You ran over a nail, & have been off your bike for over week. You wait for the specific, difficult to find, replacement tires to arrive. Then you're told that they won't install tires that are the exact same brand as your bicycle?? Let's be honest, you didn't even have my specific tires in stock! You wanted to sell some off brand garbage tires. Your bicycle shop is an embarrassment. I can say that because I've been to hundreds of shops all over NYC, NJ, Philly, & FL. The difference between me & you is I am a FULL time cyclist, not a part time one.

I think the shop is always clean always great service. Demetri is awesome and I trust his judgment on my repair. I was just very disappointed to find out that one of technicians discarded all of the parts from my bike with out my consent, not everything was damaged and could of been used for decoration if I feel like it. After all I paid for that very expensive wheel. Demetri asked me if I wanted my parts, and wheel I said yes, but when he asked around it turned out it was discarded as trash and that was that. Right now I have mixed feelings about the shop for that reason this has always been my go to shop. And theses are not cheap bicycles or components to just trash like that.
