The young lady who assisted us with our rental was nice and went over the scooter before leaving. We rented this scooter for 24 hours for $100. They require a security "hold" for $300 additional as insurance. The scooters were in ok shape but seemed to need some updating. They didn't tell me an Apple air tag was put in the scooter either. My phone notified me that it picked up a tag and something had been tracking me. That scared me. I had no clue what it could be or why I was being tracked. First instinct was I'm being followed. I can understand why they don't tell renters but iPhones are so smart these days I think it would've been nice to mention it for peace of mind. Good experience though. If you are a gal with a bigger behind, request a scooter without the "trunk" for more space on the 2 seaters!

The store offers several styles of electric bicycles at mid-range to high prices for pro and novice riders. Deep discounted pricing on consignment (gently used) bicycles which gave an option to purchase a high-end bike at decent price. My favorite bicycle was a three wheel behemoth with a front and rear carry boxes reasonably priced at $1,900. The owner, Kyle, made our non-pressure shopping experience simple with all my answers provided in laymen terms, which I appreciated. As a person that has never used an electric bicycle, the store provides a trial option to experience an electric bike for three hours at $50.00, which is a great tool to make a big somewhat pricey decision. If in the Boca area, check out the Pedego electric bike showroom. Although there was not a purchase today, my five star rating is solely based on the excellent knowledgeable customer service, non-pressure sales pitch, location, and the mass inventory.

When we recently decided to continue our daily rides here in South Florida, we looked for bikes that would be better suited to the relatively flat landscape. After careful research, we purchased two Trek Verve 1 assist bikes from B & J Bicycles in October, 2024. Our decision was influenced by the newly released Trek model and the exceptionally friendly customer service provided by owner Vinnie Tamburello. Shortly after, I encountered a persistent issue with my bike's assist function. Vinnie and his team went above and beyond, replacing parts multiple times as advised by the manufacturer. When the issue continued, Vinnie went the extra mile--coordinating with the manufacturer to replace my bike. Throughout, Vinnie assured us, "I'll do whatever it takes to make this right," and he delivered with sincerity and a smile. We wholeheartedly recommend B & J Bicycles for their expertise, professionalism, and unparalleled customer service - before and after the sale. Thank you, Vinnie and the team, for making this a positive experience. Dave & Mary
