Contacting the NY shop is impossible via phone call as the NY shop option sends you to the Miami shop location.

Apr 23, 2025 5:01 PM * System auto-reply: Apologizes for slow response due to management transition, promises follow-up. Apr 28, 2025 10:59 AM * System auto-reply (again): Repeats apology and reassurance that the ticket hasn't been forgotten. Apr 28, 2025 2:11 PM * Reagan: "Response times are unsatisfactory... Can I take the scooter to a shop?" Apr 29, 2025 12:49 PM * FluidFreeRide: Apologizes for delay, asks if this is a new issue beyond the brake-lever problem. Apr 29, 2025 12:52 PM * Me: "Yes, new issue." (sent from iPhone) Apr 29, 2025 1:25 PM * FluidFreeRide: "Have you tried plugging in the charger and turning the power on?
