I have to hold back my tears of joy here…read more Bad news first outside of Mack's....over the past month I was screwed 2x by 1) a local shop in Tampa FL (UBC) and then by Erik's bike online. (received charge backs from both from my Bank). Both UBC and Erick's took my $600 deposit (UBC) and 3K+ (Erik's).... yet neither merchant had the Specialized Roubaix SL8 I ordered and paid for in their inventory. After calls and calls to follow up on the status, both UBC and Erik's dodged/deflected/gaslit me. Why? I have inroads with the FTC. My theory is that both Erik's and UBC potentially used my payment (amongst other consumers) as interest free loans to boost/float their short-term capital/liquidity to pay off their creditors b/c of their razor thin margins. This is illegal per FTC's rules and regs. This made me sick to my stomach. Good news: Hit the batch - secured my Roubaix, it's now in my hands. THANK YOU MACK. Honesty and integrity - highly recommend. Hell of a bike can't wait to uplevel from my hybrid (14 mph on 20 mi ride to 16 mph) LFG!

I was able to secure the new teamdream and cannondale caad14 in a size 56 from Mack's cycle shop in Miami. Darien was a super sweetheart on the phone so no love lost there, so I put down my deposit and was called this morning to let me know the bike is no longer going to be sold, but rather it's going to be used as part of a fundraiser for "Best Buddies." Additionally, it's now listed as DOUBLE the price on their website. So it's really nuts to think that anyone in their good mind would pay $5k for an aluminum frameset. I think donating the proceeds is all good and well, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth to work with an authorized dealer who sold me a VERY limited product, only to take it back the next day. I've called all the shops listed for this bike around the country after that and they are sold out. I'm truly stunned by this behavior and I hope that whatever good intention y'all had is met with karma on your end.

He helped me one day that I was pretty much stranded w/ a damaged pedal on my way home & fixed it for me w/ no problem whatsoever. We got in communication through email with Alfredo who answered all our questions and we arranged to rent two ebikes. We drove to the store, got all our gear organized, then parked at our hotel and returned with the 15 minute walk to the shop to get the bikes (the store only provides 30 minute parking). The ebikes were ready to ride and well tuned. We were able to ride to Crandon Park along the great trail on the Rickenbacker Causeway. Left at 12 and back by 4:30. Excellent job Suncycling.

The owner of that shop…read morerecommended Ishmael at Coral Way Bike Shop when I needed a new wheel after 2 of my rear spokes on my ancient bike broke. The breaks had also been giving me issues. Ishmael's team took care of both issues quickly and my bike rides so nicely now! I thought the pricing was very fair. Because of the good service I received I recommended this shop to my mom who also had a great experience here recently when she was having issues with her gears and a few other minor issues. This is not really a hold-your-hand kind of shop, so if that's what you're looking for, perhaps go elsewhere. However, I got great service for a reasonable cost, and for that, I'll certainly be back.
