This outfit specializes in all things cycling and really know what they are doing. They cater to pretty much the seasoned expert all they way through the novice that is just getting into biking or cycling recreational or otherwise. From my perspective they seem to be a reseller of "Specialized" brand bicycles ; however, I am sure they can get their hands on pretty much anything you may have in mind. Now I know you are all probably saying, "Hey Nelson can't we just buy this sort of stuff on the Internet?" Well, quick answer is yes but in today's day and age where everything is so impersonal, their is something to say about working with experienced professionals that can help you make the right decision on a bicycle and or related accessories. It is really great to have a pro show you what's available, explain what may be the best option for you; also, take in to account any possible medical conditions you may have that can hamper your riding enjoyment when making a purchase decision. Outside of purchasing something, I really have to say that their bike technicians are second to none. I have been taking my bicycles to them for many years and have never had a problem. Actually they helped me breathe some more life in to a mountain bike I still use a few years ago and it is still going strong. Actually I think it's ready for a tune up! Anyway, outside of this it is really great to support a local business that has been around for so many years serving the South Florida community. Hey I purchase stuff from Amazon all the time but whenever I can I prefer to support local businesses that are doing an awesome job and this is certainly one of them. I have to hold back my tears of joy here…read more Bad news first outside of Mack's....over the past month I was screwed 2x by 1) a local shop in Tampa FL (UBC) and then by Erik's bike online. (received charge backs from both from my Bank). Both UBC and Erick's took my $600 deposit (UBC) and 3K+ (Erik's).... yet neither merchant had the Specialized Roubaix SL8 I ordered and paid for in their inventory. After calls and calls to follow up on the status, both UBC and Erik's dodged/deflected/gaslit me. Why? I have inroads with the FTC. My theory is that both Erik's and UBC potentially used my payment (amongst other consumers) as interest free loans to boost/float their short-term capital/liquidity to pay off their creditors b/c of their razor thin margins. This is illegal per FTC's rules and regs. This made me sick to my stomach. Good news: Hit the batch - secured my Roubaix, it's now in my hands. THANK YOU MACK. Honesty and integrity - highly recommend. Hell of a bike can't wait to uplevel from my hybrid (14 mph on 20 mi ride to 16 mph) LFG!

I was able to secure the new teamdream and cannondale caad14 in a size 56 from Mack's cycle shop in Miami. Darien was a super sweetheart on the phone so no love lost there, so I put down my deposit and was called this morning to let me know the bike is no longer going to be sold, but rather it's going to be used as part of a fundraiser for "Best Buddies." Additionally, it's now listed as DOUBLE the price on their website. So it's really nuts to think that anyone in their good mind would pay $5k for an aluminum frameset. I think donating the proceeds is all good and well, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth to work with an authorized dealer who sold me a VERY limited product, only to take it back the next day. I've called all the shops listed for this bike around the country after that and they are sold out. I'm truly stunned by this behavior and I hope that whatever good intention y'all had is met with karma on your end.

I brought my daughters bike the first time due to a tube with a hole in it, the owner replaces the tube and noticed that the front wheel was not aligned right. He took the time to take the tire off and correct the problem that i was not even aware of. It was not an easy task and after all that he only charged me for the inner tube. WOW!!! On my second visit, I brought in my wife's bike which had a major issue with the seat post that had gotten stuck in the hole and there was no way I could raise the seat for my wife to enjoy the bike. The owner analyzed the issue and at first I thought he would not be able to fix it. He asked if I could leave the bike with him (it was a Saturday) and he would try to fix it, although he mentioned he had a bad back so it may take him some time. He said that if he could fix it he would call me on Sunday. I took my claim ticket and was on my way hoping and praying that he can fix it since the seat post was really, really stuck. On Sunday as I was running around doing errands, I received a call from his wife letting me the bike had been fixed. I was in total shock since several people told me that the problem might not be able to get fixed. I arrived to the store and the bike looked amazing with the new seat post and seat I had bought on Amazon which he was able to replace the old one with. I am sure it was a big deal to try to fix it (labor wise) but he greeted me with a friendly smile and only charged me $45 dollars..... TOP NOTCH SERVICE

Ishmael's team took care of both issues quickly and my bike rides so nicely now! I thought the pricing was very fair. Because of the good service I received I recommended this shop to my mom who also had a great experience here recently when she was having issues with her gears and a few other minor issues. This is not really a hold-your-hand kind of shop, so if that's what you're looking for, perhaps go elsewhere. However, I got great service for a reasonable cost, and for that, I'll certainly be back.

I was surprised to find a mobile bike mechanic so close. We were able to take the bike to him since he was so close to home. Within an hour of the phone call, I took the bike to his house where he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was also quick and efficient. He really knew what he was doing and had pretty much everything he needed in his work van. Whatever he didn't have, he ordered on the spot and prices are very reasonable if not cheap. So convenient and the customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be using them from now on.

While riding my ebike SWFT Fleet full speed…read moreahead, I was enjoying my music and the warmth of the sun and the breeze blowing through my hair while riding by a construction site. That vibe came to a complete stop when the biggest rusty nail entered into my rear bike tire. I paused the music, the sun was scorching hot, and the breeze was gone. I called Legacy Bike immediately. I tried to remain calm and Ezequiel assured me not to worry. Ezequiel was able to come to my job to fix my ebike once my work shift ended. I cannot thank him enough. I can get back rolling!
