He explained what he will do to fix it and throughout the entire process I could tell how meticulous he was. I wanted a change with my hair so I decided to go back to Allen and see what magic he could work. Because my hair is so stubbornly straight, the curls didn't hold perfectly the first time around. But the founder is absolutely amazing--she was incredibly sweet and offered me a second session completely free of charge! I came back a week later so she could assess my hair and redo the process to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted. In total, the process took about 5-6 hours, and the cost was $500 for the root lift and perm. It was totally worth it for the level of care, patience, and dedication they showed.
